Excellent hotel right in the heart of the historic part of Bergen. Really close to everything we wanted to see and do and great restaurants nearby. Hotel rooms were good - only complaint would be pillows almost flat! Best hotel breakfast I've had in years with an amazing number of options and everything I tried was fabulous!

Such a great stay! The room and en suite where larger than I expected, and the breakfast buffet was quite impressive, as well. The bed was very comfortable and I almost missed an appointment for wallowing sleepily past my alarm. The staff was unobtrusive but constantly available and very helpful. I'm certainly staying here again on my next visit to Bergen.

This hotel has it's pros and cons. A great location, very close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of great options. We paid for a larger room which it was nice but the bathroom was so small, the sink was very little, no room to put anything, the shower was very tiny and when taking a shower the water went every where in the little room. It was impossible to shave your legs, no shelf in the shower to put products. The seal was broken on the glass doors. Although the room was a nice size there was no storage, no nightstand storage, no dressers, no place to put a second suitcase but on the floor. It was not a good choice for a couple or female traveler. The bathroom was smaller than a New York City hotel.

Kjempefint businessrom for 5 personer, med TV i begge ender av rommet, én dobbeltseng, en sovesofa med plass til to personer samt en enkeltseng. Rent og god service. Utrolig bra og variert frokost!

Convenient location for walking and shopping in Bergen. However do not accept room 527 or the room opposite the elevator on any other floor. The noise of the elevator mechanism disturbed me frequently in the night. The worst night of sleep in any hotel during our entire trip.

Convenient location. Fantastic breakfast! Great amenities. 1-2 minutes walk to the water, unesco world heritage sites and 5 minutes walk to tourists information.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Fresh organic ingredients and everything was arranged beautifully. Coffee and tea is available all day long. Only thing is they make you rent umbrellas which is silly as it’s Free advertising for the hotel so let your guests use them freely!
