if i was ever to go back something would be wrong, service was terrible and the breakfast was shocking with unfriendly staff behind the counter, coffee that was cold, you waiting to receive items......flies walking on the food....the shop needs to be stocked a bit better and staff need to inform people on more details, like ordering bread or rolls

Confirm the location of your room via email first . I to reception an was given a room almost at the gate. When you plan to stay for many days there is alot of unpacking with no help. Prep in advance to carry an walk a long distance. Also note The rooms only have fans .

舒適的小木屋坐落在山間，擁有絕佳的視野，尤其是從我們的小木屋望出去，景色更是美不勝收。餐廳提供自助餐，味道相當不錯。不過，團體用餐時可能會比較吵鬧。從小木屋出發的健行路線風景優美，附近還有國家公園可供健行。小木屋配備齊全，如有需要，您可以自行烹飪。

I recently booked a trip for my family because it was my husband's birthday and I was rather disappointed with the food quality. We included breakfast in our accommodation and the food quality was not appealing. The omelet made was raw, no serviettes at the table, tea and coffee was self service and there were limited staff available to assist during a busy breakfast buffet. I think management needs to look into this and ensure that staff are properly trained and service delivery is not compromised at any cost. This left a very bitter taste in my mouth after my horrible experience on my husband's birthday weekend.

我們最近入住阿爾卑斯希思度假村，卻非常失望地發現，入住期間我們房間的一些衣物神秘失蹤。作為一個度假勝地，如此鬆懈的安保措施令人無法接受，我強烈建議大家在他們解決這一嚴重問題之前不要入住這裡。唯一能進入我們房間的人是清潔工。我們報告此事後，他們至今仍未回覆。

It’s just too hot and no air conditioners in the units and no privacy. The fans are grossly inadequate. The unit is too small for 6 people in my view and needs a big upgrade. Maintenance seems to be lacking. I remember Alpine Heath being one of the best resorts, but I wouldn’t go again unless there is a massive upgrade.

Lovely resort with breathtaking views all around. Enjoyed all the activities available for young & old. Self catering unit ls have all you need but I also enjoyed the ordering at the restaurant as the offer a lovely Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Menu.

I had the opportunity to stay for a week at aha Alpine Heath, nestled on the hills of the Northern Drankensburg. It was like heaven on earth. The place is beautiful, well kept, the food is great, with a mix of local traditional dishes to international cuisines. The challets style accommodation is perfect for family or for a romantic getawa or even business travel. There are plenty of activities onsite but ill recomment the hiking. The site of the lodge from one of the hills in the hiking trail is breathtaking. The staff also, they are great, they make you feel like you are at home with your brothers and sisters. I'll recommend Alpine Heath anyday for anyone visiting the Northern Drankensburg.
