快捷酒店，總體還好，衞生還需加強，飯店有早餐，可以簡單對付一頓，出行基本需要車子，去Wesleyan university也不算很遠 打Uber20刀左右

This place is wonderful every single time I love that they willing to accommodate to the fullest extent and I highly appreciate that.

Unfortunately even after double checking the pool was open it was closed when we arrived for a broken pump or something. Very quiet hotel with great staff right on the Berlin turnpike.

I liked the fire place but that was it! The jet tub was cracked in the jet spots but worked. Very cold water!!!!! I’m not even kidding I put hot in full blast and it was still cold. Then I tried to lay down and every spring was felt. When the front desk staff came and asked about why I was leaving: he pushed the door all the way and was in my face yelling, “so you’re complaining about all these things in the room.” After that he demanded to enter the room and see these complaints. I left and had to walk past a couple of ladies of the night, not my type of environment. I have yet to hear from management and I paid for the night yet only stayed an hour. The pictures are nice though.

The hotel was absolutely nothing like any other best western ive stayed at. It was dirty with stains on th carpet broken piecesbof th air conditioner, the breakfast wasnt many options, apples bannanas yogurt, pre maid frozen omlets and frozen box sausages, i was expexting fresh pancakes the drink options was apple huicebor orange both witch tasted like the machine hasnt been cleanedor refilled in a while stale and bitter digusting, i was so disappointed because i have stayed at one in new york tht was absolutly beautiful chandeliers everywhere. The hotel had two floors with windows that people in the parking lot literally could knock on the pool was the only thing my children enjoyed we sognedout at 8 am and went straiht to a breakfast spot after paying almost 200$ i exoected a nice big breakfast as ive had at other hotels such as holiday inn and even other best westerns. Im not from C.t T. and my first time staying in a hotel there but being that i do travel alot it was the worst one ive been in, my fiancie described it as equal to motel 6 where they find all the dead bodys and have the nasty dirty rugs with the smoking sections that you have to hol your breath walking by the filthy walls. I was shocked they charged a damage fee incase i dirty anything so i imme the to took pictures of everything that was dirty upon intering the room, thin blanket. I stayed 1 night and checked in a little late and my toilet was not flushing the whole time and they did nothing ! Didn’t switch my room didn’t come check the toilet or anything !

Note de 3 pour la propreté pq il y avait de la vitre cassée à quelque endroits sur le tapis. Pas de télécommande pour la télé(réception est venu en porter une) et réfrigérateur endommagé.

We asked for an upstair room, but they told ask “NO”. The noise from upstair walking did not stop untill 1am and then it came back at 4am.

Upon check in, my room smelled terrible. I use to manage Hilton and Sheraton properties, so I am aware that smelly rooms happen due to the lack of ventilation in rooms. So, assuming it would fade, I turned on the air and propped the door open some. This did not work because the smell is in the carpet. Next, the toilet was loose and wobbly at the base and started leaking, and the exhaust squeaks in the bathroom. Finally, showed the front desk agent a video of roaches crawling in the container of my food. Of course I was given the talk about them never getting complaints about these issues. Which I highly doubt because the property is outdated. Requested a refund and was told I have to wait for the GM.

There was nothing unique about this property. We had a terrible experience. Our toilet backed up around 7 in the evening and we plunged it ourselves, with no success. I was told by the clerk that we would have to wait until the maintenance staff came in the next morning to get it fixed. We tried to get another room but were told there weren't any. We were told by the clerk we had to use the public restroom in the lobby. Completely unacceptable! The next morning, I was told we could get a new room in an hour. It took two hours to get a new room, only after I kept asking. This delayed our plans. Our original room had a 2 inch deep drain in the middle of the bathroom floor that we tripped over several times. The shower floor was dirty and gross. We will never stay in a Best Western again. I am in the process of dealing with management to see how they will try and make this right.
