柏林商務酒店

客觀説是我在柏林舊住的性價比很高的一個酒店。酒店的設施環境，位置都非常好，下樓就是德國廣播電視塔。，亞歷山大廣場，步行到柏林大教堂很近，距離過大景區確實非常近，很方便。出門就有公交，地鐵，出行很方便的。

在我們探索柏林的同時，在這裡住了4晚。步行至東柏林市中心。靠近車站，步行5分鐘。 房間很小但是很緊湊。乾淨，有一些英語頻道的電視。還有德國的空中運動1和2！ 浴室是5星級。降雨淋浴和地板下供暖！ 床很舒服，但是cld可以用更好的枕頭：-/ 早餐很好，有新鮮水果，雞蛋火腿和奶酪。 強烈建議並再次使用

非常好的酒店,價格也很好。我們爲此付出的便宜價格根本沒有反映酒店。由於價格如此合理,我們對酒店的質量持懷疑態度。我想說,價格反映了一家三星級酒店,這家酒店絕對是5星級酒店。我和男朋友在九月底在這裏住了3個晚上,我們肯定會回來的。到達後,我們接待處接待了最可愛的人(我沒聽清他的名字)當他登記入住時,他問我是否是獎勵俱樂部的成員,我只是在幾周前才簽約,所以我不確定這是什麼或意味着什麼。當我讓他知道時我要求我的會員號碼,我不需要交,但他在他的系統中找到了,他把我們的房間升級爲套房。非常感謝,這是一個可愛的接觸,肯定會讓我們想回來。牀很舒服,但是枕頭超級柔軟,所以我們睡了3個!!套裝的浴室太棒了,真的很大,有一個可愛的瀑布淋浴,有一個座位!!還有一個手持淋浴頭,很好,因爲瀑布淋浴沒有洗頭髮的最佳壓力。它也有一個可愛的大浴缸。我們的房間一到就一塵不染,每天都打掃。我從來沒有住過這麼幹淨的酒店,在covid之後,這真的被讚賞了看不到一點灰塵或灰塵。我們的套房在頂樓,屋頂上有可愛的大斜窗,謝天謝地,因爲空調工作不好。九月的時候外面很涼爽,但是酒店真的很暖和,因爲我們在頂樓,我們的房間很暖和,因爲空調不工作,我們不得不打開窗戶,這意味着在睡覺的時候非常吵,特別吵早上,附近的建築工人似乎每天早上都開始6:30AM,我們的房間太熱,無法關上窗戶。我明白噪音當然不是酒店的錯,但如果你想和你睡覺的話,只要稍微擡起頭。窗戶打開。自助早餐還可以-有很多冷飲選擇,有些糕點但不是很多熱食。廚師會煮雞蛋,但你喜歡它們,這是一個很好的獎勵。接待處非常細心,快速解決任何問題。我們需要一些額外的枕頭和洗漱用品,他們在詢問接待處後10分鐘內送到房間。酒店的位置非常好,步行10分鐘內就有公共汽車站和地下/地鐵站。步行15分鐘即可輕鬆到達波茨坦廣場,柏林購物中心坐落在購物的好地方,柏林牆和查理檢查站也離這裏只有幾分鐘的路程Uber真的很便宜,所以如果您不想走路,那麼Uber的價格真的很高。公共汽車超級易於使用,價格也很好,我會100%推薦使用它們四處走動和探索。我不會推薦跳

此行目的單一，博物館島看展覽。酒店位置理想，特別是冬天雨雪天氣，快速進入博物館就妥啦。 有幸住上酒店最大的房間，四晚，總體滿意， 有兩點建議： 1.衞生間面積足夠大，應該乾濕分離。地面找坡有問題，淋雨一次整個衞生間都是水。 2.服務員打掃衞生不敲門，太讓我詫異了！這怎麼可能發生在柏林四星酒店呢？！而且不止一次呀……

酒店不錯，在我喜歡的博物館島附近，出行很方便。周邊吃的選擇也很多。酒店乾淨。 發現柏林的中餐水準挺高的，而且和歐洲其他國家相比 柏林的物價真心算便宜的。

位置距火車站、旅遊景點較遠，房間相對寬敞，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，入住和退房都是自助，德語、英語不太好的有點兒麻煩

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family, booking three rooms in total. We were informed that a 250 euro deposit would be required, which was understandable. However, to my shock, the hotel charged a 700 euro deposit to my card at 3:00 AM, without any prior notice or explanation. Despite checking out and numerous follow-up calls to the hotel (2-3 times), I have yet to receive my deposit back. The staff have been completely unhelpful and dismissive, offering no resolution or clear timeline for when I can expect my money to be returned. This experience has left a very negative impression. I would caution anyone considering this hotel to think twice, especially if you value transparency and good customer service. I hope the management addresses these issues seriously, but for now, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

這家酒店地理位置優越。位置和評價都很好，工作人員非常樂於助人。當我遇到一個小問題時，他們迅速解決了問題並確保我完全滿意。

This is a modern functional hotel (which we booked via BA holidays) apparently popular for conferences, so you get the picture. Four of us went for a city break. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of Gendarmenmarkt. Spittelmart U-bahn is 2 minutes away. Easy and welcoming check-in. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower although the wash basin had the depth of a birdbath. What was surprising was the amount of wasted space in the bedroom with a great void between the bed and the door which could have been used for some proper drawers and shelves. As it was, there was only 1 drawer and 3 shelves, one of which was useful only if you were 2 metres tall (see photo). The wardrobe, if you could call it that, was an open hanging space, but it was situated at right angles to a padded seat (see photo) making accessibility difficult and there was only one chair in the room. Tea-making facilities were available but instant coffee only and powdered milk. We used to take a small jug of milk from breakfast and keep it in the fridge. There was a very good and comprehensive breakfast with just about everything one could want. As a morning tea drinker I cannot comment on the coffee which came from a machine, but there was an excellent selection of leaf teas. The hot food was OK, but nothing cooked to order so that eggs were either warm scrambled or hard boiled. Staff were very helpful and dishes promptly refilled. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked pretty basic but there are restaurants within walking distance. All in all, nothing special but I would still recommend it for a short stay.

酒店還行，但感覺被坑了。到了酒店前台告知可以80歐升級房型，兩天160歐，我們總共2間房付了320歐。結果到了房間，其實就是我們之前預訂的那個房型。別的還可以，早飯行政酒廊都不錯。
