柏林城市綠色酒店(Hotel City Green Berlin)

Für einen Kurztrip in den Berliner Osten ideal gelegen. Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben, ebenso wie Nähe zum See (Hausboot, Strand, Beachvolleyball und vieles mehr!!!!) machen ein Wochenende mit Stadt und Erholung zu einem sehr schönen Erlebnis. Danke an das Personal, was sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist. Dafür nochmal vielen Dank und macht weiter so!

Hotel aus mehreren Komplexen; ehemals Bürogebäude. Sehr praktisch und funktional entwickelt. Breite Flure und großer Auftrag. Frühstück im Keller aber mit dortigen Möglichkeiten (viele Einzelräume) gut gelöst. Zimmer sehr groß mit Küche! Fahrräder durften mit auf das Zimmer genommen werden. Angesichts des Preises nur zu empfehlen!

Old flat now. Serves as. A. Hotel. Room had. A small kitchen. Heating worked perfect. Bathroom light above sink was broken. When arriving back at room, key did not work. Friendly receptionman walked with me to the other building and prepared it on the spot. That's what we call service with a smile. Getting things done. Only downside: checkout at 10.00h

Alles wie erwartet, Preis/Leistung passt. Leider eine Großbaustelle direkt um das Hotel herum. Lautstärke war in Ordnung. Nur viel Sand und Staub.

Das Zimmer war geräumig. Damit endet aber die positive Bewertung. Das Bad war eine Zumutung und verschmutzt. Hier war offensichtlich über Wochen nicht richtig gereinigt. Es war einfach nur ekelig. Der Fernseher hängt sehr hoch an der Wand und eine Genickstarre ist vorprogamiert. Das Frühstück wir im Keller angeboten und ist keine 9,90€ wert. Eine Zimmerreinigung (Betten machen) gab es auch nicht. Es war ein absoluter Fehlversuch.

I stayed here twice within the last month as I passed through Berlin. Once one gets the hang of how to get there and back from airport using S-Bahn or bus (#263 is the best), it's close and easily accessible - only a 5-minute walk from the station. The place is clean, quiet, they provide glass bottles (woohoo!) of great mineral water, breakfast is available for a fee (I did not partake) down in the basement in strange little brightly-painted cubicles, and two out of three of the guys at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The price, for Berlin, was reasonable. There are a couple of late night döner shops nearby, as well as two grocery stores. I took a walk in the neighborhood on the first visit - lovely, green, residential. No complaints. Completely met my needs.

Reception kindly allowed for early check-in given my situation. Room is pretty spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. Hotel is close to supermarkets and eateries and near a train station for easy transport to Berlin attractions.

It's fine but for the price, I think it's expensive. It's 17 kilometres from the centre so it's definitely not convenient. At 90-100€ a night, that's expensive. Transport links are good though. What annoys me was the noise the cleaners make outside the rooms. Impossible to sleep through.
