Five star disappointment. They put us in a room in a back building then blocked our access to our room all week due to various events they had on the first floor. To get to our room we had to go up one set of stairs, walk an entire hallway, then take two more slow elevators. Very inconvenient and not a 5 star experience. I left a message of complaint with the manager and got no response. Very disappointed with this hotel experience.

Firstly I booked a king bed clearly on Trip and was given a double bed after which the duty manager argued that selections are deemed preferences not commitments!
Secondly my room was not made up for 48hours after arrival.
Finally when the room was made up on day 3 the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not replenished in the shower.
I have stayed in Kempinski hotels before this experience was a huge let down to the brand and standard

Ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis!
Das Adlon trifft exakt unser Verständnis von historisch und modern.
Man betritt das Hotel und fühlt sich in frühere Zeiten zurückversetzt. Jedoch mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, welche man heute nicht mehr missen möchte.
Der Service ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Frühstück lässt sich weder an Qualität, noch an Auswahl etwas aussetzen.
Unser Zimmer war traumhaft. Dieses Gefühl hatte ich in noch keinem 4 oder 5 Sterne Haus.

hotel adlon算是德語學生的執念,但是也就這樣而已,位置絕佳,但是設施和新的五星比起來還是不太行,吸引不了二次入住……
