斯圖加特放鬆酒店(Relexa Hotel Stuttgarter Hof)

This is one of the hotels with the most impolite people I´ve ever seen. When I asked for a converter for my chargers, the man that was behind the counter said literally "it is your problem". This happened in the service industry. I am here for business for a week, definitely going to change hotels asap.

Sono stato indeciso se mettere due o tre stelle ma alla fine ritengo che il giudizio scarso sia quello più corretto. Si tratta di un hotel abbastanza economico se comparati alla media di Berlino. Le cose positive che abbiamo apprezzato sono; - la posizione abbastanza centrale. A piedi si raggiungono facilmente molti luoghi centrali - la colazione che offriva ampia scelta e di qualità buona. Purtroppo ci sono stati molti altri aspetti negativi: - la pulizia della stanza era carente, con polvere a vista quasi ovunque - ci hanno avvisato che per carenza del personale non garantiscono la pulizia giornaliera, e che se la volevamo andava richiesta il giorno prima. Quindi se stai due giorni non hai il servizio - manca l aria condizionata e ad agosto è stato u n problema, a noi che avevamo 2 bambini hanno dato un ventilatore che però non risolveva il problema della temperatura - le stanze al primo piano sono rumorose, specialmente se fa caldo e devi tenerle aperte Nel complesso l esperienza non è stata positiva e per questo non ci sentiamo di consigliarlo.

Das 'Raucherhäuschen' im Flur zu den hinteren Zimmern ist furchtbar - zeiht den Rauch nicht vernünftig ab , der Flur stinkt. Die Zimmer sind prima. Super ruhig, vor allem im hinteren Bereich.

Located slightly off center - this ia a reasonably clean and quite hotel. Service and breakfast OK. Problematic Wfy - some phones require daily assistance at front desk. My room is rather minimalistic - some would find it austere - and reminded me of an East Berlin hotel in the the 1980's.("Checkpoint Charlie" is not far away.) By present day German standards - this Relaxa desreves 3 stars - not 4.

I have just spent 3 nights here in a twin room with a friend...A lovely quiet comfortable room over looking park. Very clean and well stocked with toiletries, loo roll , tissues and disposal bags. The staff were amongst the most pleasant I have come across in a long time, very helpful with local information etc. A very reasonably priced bar and fridge in the foyer for sandwiches, beer and wine. We had a very good deal at 110 Euros pp for 3 nights. Great location with nearby SBahn Anhalterbahnhof, with great connections to all the sights, though many are within walking distance. For example, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg gate, Holocaust Memorial, and part of the wall. A great stay!!!

Fridge is not working. There is no Air condition, when you open window is very noisy, very close to street. Hotel 3 stars maximum. Staff very helpfull. Expensive car park 25€/d.

Very friendly staff, in the room clean , food delicious, plenty of space to relax. The only problem is the lack of parking space at the hotel, but this is the fault of the location. I highly recommend this hotel

Hôtel calme, agréable, bonne literie, pas de climatisation mais grande fenêtre pour faire rentrer l'air frais de la nuit.
