柏林波茨坦廣場宜必思快捷酒店(Ibis Budget Berlin Potsdamer Platz)

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi da Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie, facilmente raggiungibili Porta di Brandeburgo, Reichstag e Tiergaten. A 5 min a piedi dalla S2-S25-S1. Ad un'ora e dieci minuti dall'aeroporto con solo due cambi di S-Bahn. Comodo il checkout alle 12 e la stanza deposito. Wc, doccia e lavandino sono in 3 ambienti differenti, quest'ultimo è proprio a vista del letto. In stanza c'era molta polvere ed i pavimenti non venivano puliti, alla sera trovavamo solo i letti rifatti e per terra polvere e lo sporco lasciato al mattino. Non abbiamo preso la colazione inclusa perché davvero basic per il prezzo. Il personale sorrideva per gli errori di pronuncia.

Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Arrived late and had been told in advance that unfortunately there was no babybed for our child - however I was not told this until I had already paid for our stay. We chose the hotel, because they proclaimed to have private parking, but upon our arrival, the parking was sold out. So we started off with no bed for our child and no parking for our car. The staff was doing their job (yet, not going beyond expectation), so this horrible experience is not about them. They discussed if we should park in the alley behind the hotel, but agreed that it was not safe and recommended parking nearby (at the price of 25€ for one day). What made this stay horrible happened after arrival. We were given a room on the ground floor, which was 10 stairs up with no elevator and I was alone with three suitcases, a stroller and our child to carry up the stairs, while my husband tried to find parking. The room we entered smelled so bad that someone must have died in there. Or at least the room had not been cleaned for a while. There were long dark hair in the bed and dirt and grease on the floor. With no babybed our 2-year old had to sleep on a madres on this floor, since the bed was a bunk bed but with too little space for all three of us. The air condition was set to keep the room at a temperature between 18-22 degrees, however the room was freezing and we could not get the heat up. Finally the pillows were small and flat and we ended up checking out after only 7 hours at the hotel and with a minimum of sleep. So in short: would never, ever book this hotel again and advice you to find something else for your stay.

Il bagno in camera necessita di un restyling. Pochi piani di appoggio nell'intera stanza, abbiamo usato lo sgabello come comodino. Un giorno hanno dimenticato di sostituire gli asciugamani, hanno tolto quelli usati, ma non hanno messo quelli puliti, siamo tornati tardi e abbiamo usato lo stesso asciugamano in due. Le luci a led nella camera erano staccati dalla cornice e di notte restavano luminescenti anche da spenti. Il comando delle luci sulla testata del letto ha una intensità che può dare fastidio. Si consiglia vivamente di portarsi o chiedere una mascherina per la notte. Per l'asciugacapelli è stato necessario lasciare una cauzione in contanti. Colazione continentale accettabile, senza nessuna mancanza, continuamente rifornita. In camera ci hanno fatto trovare una culla per bambini come richiesto nella prenotazione, senza nessun extra. Pulizia degli ambienti comuni. Ambiente silenzioso. Posizione perfetta. Ottimo il servizio di deposito bagagli.
