Das Schmockwitz

酒店的位置就在水面上，擁有自己美麗的綠色區域，非常棒。我們在附樓的經濟房性價比很高。大小足夠了，但設備、清潔度和價格標準並沒有完全達到我們的預期。除其他外，浴室裡掛著前一位客人的舊毛巾，房間的牆壁可以塗上一層新油漆。

Don’t judge by the web site. Manor house looks lovely but the only time you get to go in is when checking in. The restaurant is closed ( not as advertised ) all they offer is a pizza. Breakfast is on a boat moored on the lake, very expensive at 15 euros each. The accommodation is in a block to one side, small pokey rooms, functional at best. There are no local restaurants of note so you’ll have to drive. Very disappointing, one to avoid.

This was the worst business stay I’ve ever had. A disaster from start to finish. The hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere, not their fault, I’ll grant you, but a challenge when not even the taxi drivers can find it! The rooms are super-basic. Think youth hostel dormitory as opposed to any normal 3* hotel. It’s the kind of room you maybe stayed in when you were at school and went on one of those outdoor adventure weeks when you were 11 or 12. Yeah, that. It’s a good analogy as the beds were absolutely tiny too. As for amenities, what amenities? However, all of this pales into insignificance when you then get in to the customer service aspects of it. As I was there on business, I needed an invoice. Pretty standard stuff, right? When I asked for it on checking out, I was told “we’ll email it straight to you.” Nothing. On getting back to the UK, I tried calling. Every call goes straight to voicemail. I tried emailing. Not a thing. I tried contacting them via the *********** message function and then their Customer Service. Not a sausage. Finally after repeated back-to-back dials until the answerphone was clearly full, someone answered, clearly frustrated that the call had interrupted their day, and finally (after four attempts getting my email address wrong) managed to send me it. Awful hotel in a rubbish setting with terrible customer service. I’d have been better off pitching a tent.

Photos in internet are not the reality , main building closed because in renovation , restaurant close .... be careful its a real trap . room available are in building near the main beautiful house and are really totally different

At the moment still being renovated, but an oasis. A wonderfull spot next to the water. We arrived by boat for lunch. A small menu, but very good and for a good price. The waiter, who has just returned from living in Brasil, was very friendly, helpfull and has a good vibe!

Haus sieht gut aus. Das täuscht aber total. Beim einchecken nur ein Mitarbeiter. Habe eine viertel Stunde auf meinen Zimmerschlüssel gewartet. Man fühlte sich wenig willkommen. Wichtige Infos wurden nicht mitgeteilt, zum Beispiel wo es Frühstück gibt. Zimmer nicht im Haupthaus, sondern im containerartigem Nebengebäude, klein....ber sauber .aber kein Fon, wie angegeben vorhanden. Zimmer war bei Ankunft völlig kalt, da die Heizung total aus war und das bei Minusgraden. Wenn man weiß das Ei Gast kommt kann man wenigstens für ein wenig überschlagen Temperatur im Zimmer sorgen. Frühstücksraum morgens gesucht. Kein einziger Mitarbeiter da, den man fragen konnte. Auch ein Versuch jemanden über die an der Rezeption angegeben Nummer zu erreichen scheiterte an der Mailbox. Das Frühstück gab es letztendlich auf einem großen Boot. Man musste bei 10 Grad in dicker Jacke frühstücken. Wenn ich das will kann ich auf einem Campingplatz übernachten. Frühstück kein Geld wert gleich gar nicht 15 €. Wenig Auswahl und das was da war war billigste Preisschiene und dazu noch lieblos präsentiert. Fazit das Haus wirbt mit tollen Fotos vom Haupthaus, hält aber leider nicht was es verspricht. Mitarbeiter sehen aus wie wenig motivierte Bisschen verwahrlost und nicht das was man bei den Bildern vom Hotel erwartet. Unterm Strich mehr Schein als Sein.

Abgebildet ist ein schönes weißes Haus, die Zimmer sind in einer Container-Baracke im Wald. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht über diesen Schwindel, auch weil die Zimmer sehr klein sind und die Doppelbetten sehr klein und unkomfortabel ausfallen. Es wäre ok als Jugendherberge für 20 € die Nacht. Es roch tatsächlich wie damals in der DDR in der Container-Baracke, es war unmöglich.

Theoretisch ein wunderschönes Haus direkt am Wasser gelegen . Praktisch ist es schon alles, was positiv erwähnt werden kann . Die Zimmer befinden sich im Nebengebäude welches an einen heruntergekommenen Containerbau erinnert . Die Zimmer selbst sind abgewohnt , muffig und höchstens zweckmäßig eingerichtet . Das Team im Haupthaus besteht aus 2 Personen, einem Pizzabäcker und einer Person die für den Rest zuständig ist . Das „Restaurant“ serviert Pizza , die Rezeption die Getränke . Leider gab es weder eine Getränkekarte noch waren die Getränke kaltgestellt weil scheinbar nicht genau Platz im Kühlschrank vorhanden war . Das Frühstück wird auf einem Schiff vis-à-vis serviert . Der von der Rezeption angekündigte Cappuccino erwies sich als Filterkaffee aus der Kanne. Alles in einem ist Gesamteindruck unterirdisch.
