度德柏林中心酒店(Bob W Mitte)

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber, einziges Manko ist das Schließsystem per Handy, das find eich persönlich ist nicht so gut durchdacht. Wenn der Akku leer ist oder das Handy kaputt geht kommt man nicht mehr rein, genauso nervig ist es immer den Internetlink zu öffnen um schließen zu können. Fällt Wlan mal aus oder der Kunde hat kein mobiles Datennetz mehr, kommt man auch nicht rein. Also mir würde es besser gefallen das man mit dem Code den man unten benutzt auch oben rein kommt aber wie gesagt am Hotel ist ansonsten nichts auszusetzen.

Todo excelente.moderno,limpio,cómodo,buena ubicación,cerca del centro te ayudan en todo y super rápido por WhatsApp te dejan café , infusiones,tetera y cafetera en la habitación buena presión de agua y calefacción ideal de temperatura

I must say, it was a really amazing experience. As a tourist, the location of the hotel was important to me, and it is absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself was modern, complete with everything you need, even a dishwasher and coffee machine. The details such as beautiful crockery and aroma for the house were really enjoyable. Communication with the hotel was uncomplicated and available at all times. I would really choose the hotel again.

Charming, old place but loud (because the building is charming and old). Cramped room, but with good amenities. Good communation with host. One bad point: A full three months after my stay my credit card was suddenly and without any notice, let alone explanation, charged with and extra amount. Apparently because the price for early check-in was not charged at the time of my stay. I had not kept the bill and could not check that claim, but at any rate it is not ok to spring extra charges without like that on a client without notifying them three months after they stay. Not professional.

This is a really quirky, cool hotel situated in the heart of Mitte. I was on business and this hotel was walking distance to everywhere I needed to go :) They have a great breakfast partner (cafe Baobab) and an amazing gym (Superfit) - love it. Will deffo stay again.

Bed sheets were not only very used but also torn! Staff in the beakfast club were very unfriendly! Didnt even serve us They rather let us leave unserved Added to that parking in the surroundings were very expensive even though tax was paid for dirty Berlin! We chose Bob W because of our wonderful experience recently in May 2023 in Lübeck where the hotel was still called By Charley Everything including staff was so satisfying that we rated with 5 stars

I had a great experience! The apartment is equipped with everything I needed (and more!). The reception’s online & face2face availability and service are wonderful! The location is just great. I will definitely return🙏

Very nice stay, I would definitely go back if I come back to Berlin. The appartment was very well located in Mitte, next to train and metro stations and at walking distance form the museums island. The appartment had everything needed. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet.

nice little hotel, in the middle of Berlin - innovative check-in, small, but clean and comfortable room. will come back! :)
