忘れ物をしたが、丁寧に預かってくださっていて良かった。フロントの方の対応がとても良かった。ただ、掃除の方が急にドアを開けて謝らずにドアを閉めたことが少し気になった。

By far the worst hotel i ever stayed. Completely unorganized, rude and arrogant staff, they hardly speak English, none of them speak German (in Berlin!) and they have no problem at all to insult their guests. Rooms were dirty, you need to ask to be cleaned. At the reception they asked me to move to another room the last two days because they said that they needed the room for a new arrival. When i asked why they don't give to the new arrival the other room so i could keep mine, they were looking to each other really surprised that they could do the obvious. If the Owner reads the reviews, i have one and only advice for him...change your Staff today...The breakfast is poor. The location extremely poor.

Charmantes stylisches Hotel im Westen Berlins, nahe zum Ku‘damm. Die Sauberkeit ist ok, aber es gibt da noch Potential. Insgesamt ok.

Ich habe 4 Nächte im Quentin verbracht und davon in 3 Zimmern geschlafen. Im ersten Zimmer fiel am 2Tag die Sicherung und somit das Licht aus und das Personal war zu unfähig die Sicherung wieder einzuschalten, also musste ich im Dunkeln alles zusammenpacken und in ein neues Zimmer ziehen. Dabei habe ich im Schrank 2 teure Blusen hängen lassen, die anschließend verschwunden waren. Keine Ersatzleistung, keine Entschuldigung wurde ausgesprochen. Im nächsten Zimmer war die Lüftung so laut, das ich auch dort nachts um 1:30 nicht schlafen konnte und abermals in ein neues Zimmer zum schlafen umgezogen bin. Fazit, sehr schönes Design, aber leider dennoch nicht zu empfehlen. Zimmer Preis plus 160€ für die Blusen extrem zu hoch. Wenn sie kein Englisch sprechen , kommen sie an der Rezeption auch nicht weiter, so ging es meinen Eltern. Ach ja, und im Foyer die 5 Stufen ohne Geländer sind für Rollator Fahrer ohne Hilfe nicht bezwingbar.

Super Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern. Wir werden den nächsten Berlin-Ausflug nur über dieses Hotel buchen.

I have had the worst experience for any hotel that I have travelled and I have travelled extensively throughout the world! Booked a Junior Suite at the hotel paying USD 400 a night. Upon arriving I was given a room on the 5th floor and they informed that the lift is out of service! I’ve had to carry my suitcase up 5 floors. They should have clearly informed me that the lift is out of order and your room is on the 5th floor, I could have definitely stayed at another hotel or alternatively the hotel could have put me up in another hotel. Furthermore, I arrived late at the hotel tired from my meetings and wanted to order water, the receptionist did not pick up the phone and they expect me to walk down 5 floors and up again for drinking water! Definitely a no go!!

The hotel was perfect and in a great location. The room was big and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was so kind and always very helpful!
