Stayed in a suite with jacuzzi bath and sauna - it was August and quite hot in Berlin so didn't use the sauna but the jacuzzi was nice once I'd worked out how to use it. Overall the room and bathroom was quite clean but there was dust, hair and a baby's dummy underneath the bed. There was a floor standing AC unit in the room which was quite noisy when running - I had to turn it off before sleeping. The room was in a different building to reception but upon check in the receptionist kindly showed me to the room so this was not really an issue. Great location with easy access to shops, restaurants and the U-bahn. Balcony was a nice addition too.
Bed was big and comfy but had two single duvets / covers rather than one full width one, I'm not sure if this is usual for Berlin?
I only interacted with staff during check in and check out and was treated politely and professionally each time.
Overall not too bad but not quite as luxurious an experience as it could have been for the price.
