酒店整體服務衹能説一般。入住期間遇到比較嚴重的問題：暖氣幾乎不起作用，房間非常冷。向前台反映後給我們換了一個房間，但情況並沒有改善，依然很冷。前台表示需要四五個小時房間才會暖和，但實際上並沒有任何明顯變化，睡了一覺起來還是很冷。最後衹能再次向前台要了一床額外的被子，才勉強熬過這一晚。整體體驗不佳，不太推薦這家酒店。
English Review:
The overall service of this hotel was quite bad. During my stay, the heating system barely worked and the room was extremely cold. After reporting the issue, the front desk changed my room, but the new room was just as cold. The staff told me it would take four to five hours for the heating to work properly, which turned out to be misleading—after a full night’s sleep, the room was still cold. Fortunately, I asked for an extra blanket; otherwise, it would have been very difficult to get through the night. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.
