新柏林酒店(New Berlin)

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and highly recommend it. The room was nice and modern with thoughtful extra touches. Service was excellent, always friendly and helpful. They handled special requests efficiently and gracefully, making the extra effort with a smile on several occasions. Only ate breakfast but the coffee was excellent and the breakfast was really nice with waited service with some healthy options. The neighborhood was charming, felt very safe and had some nice local restaurants to choose from.

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer im 5. Stockwerk zum Innenhof. Das Zimmer war sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lüftung im Bad ist defekt. Wenn man sie einschaltet tropft Kondenzwasser aus der Lüftung bzw.dem  Lautsprecher in die Duschkabine bzw. auf das Waschbecken. Da dem Waschbeckenabfluss der Deckel fehlt, sieht es etwas unhygienisch aus. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch, da es direkt an der Haltestelle der Linie  M10 liegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

住了 6 晚。房間大小合適，飯店整體來說很乾淨。您可以在距離酒店約 5 分鐘步行路程處乘坐 M5 或 M6 電車，直達亞歷山大廣場。一個大問題是房間裡整天整夜都能聽到刺耳的警報聲和交通噪音。 4 個大窗戶，所以有很多玻璃窗/門。房間真的很好很明亮，但是很吵，所以如果你住在這裡，我強烈推薦耳塞。房間空調無法正常工作，我們不知道如何使用它。接待處可以控制它，但由於它不起作用，所以毫無意義。因此，整個晚上房間都很熱，而且由於外面的噪音而無法打開窗戶，這意味著住宿會很舒適。不過他們確實提供了一個風扇，所以這當然很有用。接待處不太了解一般的旅遊詢問和當地知識。你最好使用谷歌並自己尋找建議。我們的住宿不含早餐，但決定有一天早上嘗試一下。菜單上的每道菜都是 15 歐元，包括一碗基本的粥——這太荒謬了。其他的東西，例如全套英語課程也是同樣的價格，但可能更合理。我點了全套英式早餐，沒有任何肉，確認我只是素食主義者。不幸的是，吐司裡有一片火腿，上面覆蓋著起司和雞蛋，所以我不得不回來，失去了胃口去點別的東西。我相信這只是一個無心的錯誤，任何事情都可能發生。咖啡不太好。我推薦附近的咖啡館，Frau Honig，那裡有很棒的白咖啡和美味的早餐。床/床墊本身（雙床房，單人床 x 2）不太舒服，枕頭也不是很舒服。床也不是大單人床。桑拿很棒，裡面和陽台上都有躺椅，非常私密。充足的毛巾和拖鞋，還有冷飲水。很高興每天晚上都能放鬆，而且非常安靜。只是桑拿房，沒有其他水療設施。這不是德國當地的桑拿浴室，而是為遊客準備的桑拿浴室，所以我強烈建議不要去突擊隊。附近有一家 Netto 和 Rewe 超市，步行很快就能到達。日落後從雷韋步行到酒店時，街道照明不太好，所以要小心。不幸的是，電梯實際上並不是每天都運行；它每天都會被修復，因此有時會停止使用。整個住宿期間可能需要使用樓梯 4 或 5 次，所以步行到 3 樓或 6 樓去桑拿並不理想！特別是老年遊客。因為我需要一些線，所以要求提供針線包，但接待處說他們沒有或沒有提供。後來在浴室裡發現了一個工具包；不知道這樣的事情是非常懶惰和不專業的。總的來說，酒店很一般，但有些東西很棒，例如桑拿和位置。我覺得地毯很酷，喜歡巨大的窗戶（儘管噪音震耳欲聾！） 為桑拿提供長袍和拖鞋。

Schöne Zimmer und freundliches Personal, spricht aber teilweise nur Englisch. Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig, die Dusche sah überhaupt nicht gereinigt aus. Lampen waren auch viele kaputt und das Licht hat gesponnen.

Modern eingerichtet. Mein Zimmer war für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut ausreichend dimensioniert. Großer safe in laptop Größe. Zugang zur Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auffällig: Sehr freundliches Personal.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I stayed here for one night to get sleep before leaving at 3.15am to get a flight. It was supposed to be purely for sleep between two days of business meetings. I checked in, the lady on reception insisted on knowing where I work. No idea why that’s their business??? Air conditioning didn’t work. The room was 27C and there was no way to cool it down. I went to reception and the lady seemed un bothered and just said ‘o yea the air conditioning doesn’t work in some of the rooms’. That’s not really ok. I opened the window and it was ok to a busy main road with cars, trams, sirens etc so no sleep. No problem. I’ll just iron my shirt and try and sleep. The room didn’t even have an iron. I called reception and asked for one and the lady brought an iron to my room. I asked if there was an ironing board to go with it and she said there wasn’t as they were all being used. So I’m summary, I stayed here for a business trip, had to iron my shirt kneeling down on the floor using their chair as an ironing board and they didn’t have the advertised air conditioning so I was roasting and couldn’t sleep. Worst stay ever. They shouldn’t advertise air conditioning on their website if they don’t have it. I would have stayed somewhere else. I went to look at the sauna which was grubby and dirty so unsurprisingly no one was using it. The city itself isn’t worth visiting if you’re going for personal reasons. Every single available surface is covered in graffiti, and there seems to be an attitude of firstly vandalism but then also not doing anything to clear it up from either the locals or the council.

War alles okay. Rund um die Unterkunft gibt es alles, was man braucht. Mit den Öffis ist man sehr schnell in Mitte. Die Sauna haben wir nicht getestet, vielleicht beim nächsten Mal. Ausstattung der Minibar auch super, Preise dafür ok. Buchen gerne wieder. Das Team in der Unterkunft war sehr freundlich. Danke

Dejligt hotel med god offentlig transport i nærheden. Fin morgenmaden venligt personale. Gratis parkering på vejen udenfor.

Toda la atención muy buena, recepción, limpieza y restaurante en especial por mi cumpleaños tuvieron un detalle durante mi desayuno Gracias Hotel New Berlin!!
