柏林機場梅寧閣酒店(Meininger Hotel Berlin Airport)

因為錯過了航班，不得不自發地在機場附近預訂了一天的酒店房間。服務和員工都非常友好，與機場的員工相比，這很好:) 衹在這裏呆了幾個小時，但將來肯定會考慮回來！

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in and working for British Airways that’s quite a lot.. Got given a room looking towards a building after requesting a room looking south three years in advance.. I went down to reception to complain and try to change rooms and was told I had to request it.. I think 3 years is long enough to request a room! I’m staying for 2 night and asked to change the room tomorrow but was told that all the other guests just happen to be staying the same nights! So not only have they requested the same view from the room but they are staying the same amount of time as me.. I think it’s just pure laziness by the hotel staff. Then they give you a wrist band to wear so that they know you’ve paid for breakfast.. I’m not at a theme park!!

Beim einchecken, Systemabsturz beim Rechner, kann ja mal sein. freundliches Personal. Wenn ich unten an der Bar 2 Bier bestelle, sollte es eigentlich selbstverständlich sein, dass man auch Trinkgläser dazu bekommt ohne dass man nachfragen muss. ABER in einem 3* Hotel erwarte ich im Zimmer mindestens 1 Safe, kostet nicht mal 50€ pro Zimmer inkl. Montage. Sauberkeit im Zimmer, na ja geht gerade so, in den Ecken etliches an Staub! Aber im Badezimmer Duschglas und Rahmen, da war der Kalk noch das wenigste! Weiss nicht wenn da letztes mal richtig gereinigt wurde bei den Zwischenräumen des Rahmens. Einzig Positive war Nichtraucher Hotel.

Travelled with a group of 109 students (age 15) and 32 adults. The crew at this hotel is amazing. Everything from check-in, arranging pizza party for the young ones at the roof terrace to help us organize breakfast and dinner. This stay was really remarkable when it comes to service and support. The rooms were clean and everything worked as expected. I can highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure.

The hotel was fairly new and well kept. Clean rooms and common areas. A simple breakfast including what we needed and expected. Nice family rooms with modern bunkbeds. All in all 4 stars - but Stefan in the reception made a big difference so totally 5 stars! We travelled with a large group (110 teenagers - 15 years) and we needed food and a place to eat it. Stefan organised pizza delivery, mineralwater and the use of the terracce on the top Floor - outstanding service and a huge help for us as Tour leaders. 4 stars for the hotel 5 stars for Stefan 😄

Empty breakfast, crappy rooms, no service at all.... It is a good hotel if you are 16 year old and go in a school trip, no more than this. Last choice if you want a decent hotel. Only good thing it is not far from the airport, however any other option is more convenient than this.

This is a clean hotel convenient to the metro and the airport. We appreciated the room set up with the bed and bunk beds so the family only needed one room. The staff was friendly. If you just need a basic night’s sleep before flying out, this is a great option.
