Service de réservation très professionnel. Accueil téléphonique top. L’accueil sur place par monsieur Ma… pas très correct. Son attitude vis à vis du client est à revoir! Parking à côté 👍. Literie bonne, chambre vieillissante mais correct. Bonne gestion des opérations hôtelières, on remarque le professionnalisme du management. Soucis du détail (uniformes, marketing) une conciergerie serait un plus…

Ich war zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel und bin begeistert. Zentrale Lage - Bahnhof Friedrichstraße ist keine drei Minuten entfernt, auf der anderen Seite der Spree - , überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, und mein Zimmer war nicht groß, aber sehr komfortabel, genau richtig für eine Übernachtung. Außerdem hörte ich trotz dieser Nähe zur Friedrichstraße in der Nacht keinen Lärm, im Gegenteil, es war sehr ruhig, und ich habe gut geschlafen. Mein Frühstück war gut, und wenn ich mehr Zeit gehabt hätte, dann hätte ich auch das Restaurant ausprobiert, die Speisekarte hörte sich jedenfalls sehr verlockend an.

Hôtel à proximité de la gare de Friedrichstraße , dans un petit quartier tranquille. A 10’ à pied de l’allée Unter den Linden. Hôtel un peu vieillot, surtout dans les parties communes; la moquette ainsi que la décoration des parties communes laissent clairement à désirer. Chambres spacieuses et tranquilles, literie convenable, SdB qui date, mais bon débit d’eau pour la douche. Petit déjeuner extra, très varié et gourmand. Il y a un restaurant sur place si on veut dîner sur place.

Está muy bien ubicado y, en general, es un hotel muy correcto: limpio, cómodo, habitaciones muy bien insonorizadas y con un tamaño suficiente. El personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que está en su mano. En mi opinión, la relación calidad-precio es excelente. La única pega que puedo poner fue la almohada, nada cómoda para MI gusto (quizás a otra persona le parezcan una maravilla). Volvería sin duda.

The Hotel is located near the S+UBahn Friedrichstr., which is a perfect location for people coming from the main train station. The area is quiet and has a diverse of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was cozy and clean. Cleaning service came everyday to clean. The Breakfast is simple but delicious. A coffee machine is also available if you would like to have a hot chocolate, cappuccino or latte Macchiato. They offer also dinner and lunch menu for a reasonable price. I would recomend this hotel.

Hôtel très agréable et sa situation est parfaite, proche de la gare (S9 direct depuis l'aéroport) et des bus. Le personnel est très aimable. Petit déjeuner très correct. Chambre (4 ème étage) bien isolée aucun bruit. Par contre pas de clim juste un ventilateur mais suffisant en juin. Le petit plus un joli patio pour l'apéro ou le petit déjeuner.

Optimal in Berlin-Mitte gelegen. Alle Hotspots bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Nicht luxuriös, aber solide und komfortabel. Ein bisschen evangelisch angehaucht, indes nicht penetrant religiös, sondern gut auszuhalten. Ausführliches Frühstück im schönen Innenhof sogar mit Service. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Tiefgarage steht zur Verfügung und auch die Preise sind nicht hoch.

Very Clean overall. Extremely well trained staff. Best breakfast and breakfast service on any of our travels, and wonderful location right in Berlin Mitte. I had to spend 2 days in bed and experienced first hand the best hospitality one can expect.

Quiet hotel with a fabulous breakfast! Helpful staff and a very good dinner and drinks restaurant. Great location close to the train station. Would recommend for any type of visit to Berlin. The train station connect to the main station, one stop. Also straight shot to the airport! Clean and quiet😇
