柏林的2星級酒店

和康提基在a&o Berlin Mitte只住了兩晚,住的很舒服。四股的房間很小,適合我們的四個行李箱有點棘手。我們還和前台的工作人員一起跑進來。對於一個四股的房間,我們只有兩把鑰匙。當我們的一個成員要求備用鑰匙時,她被拒絕了,然後給了一張臨時卡,並被粗魯地告訴把它帶回來但是她怎麼能回到房間把它帶回來呢????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????我們旅行中的其他人也有相同的經歷。除此之外,早餐也很棒。

這不是我第一次入住柏林A&O酒店,也是大流行之前和之後就到過,這段時間服務質量穩定,不錯工作人員相當友好,及時地幫助您解決任何可能存在的問題。有時事情並不如預期的那樣工作(咖啡機,無接觸購買),但他們將保證您的住宿是順利的。早餐豐富,提供多種選擇。我只希望咖啡可以更好,但總的來說還不錯。此外,除了窗簾提供的房間,或許房間還可以有一些令人振奮的顏色。我最喜歡這個旅舍的一致性原則和事實,你會發現所有你需要一個良好的住宿,甚至組織!

住宿情況很好，隔音效果好，環境衞生，膠囊艙內置環境乾淨整潔無異味，基礎設施齊全（鏡子，三個燈，普通照明、白織燈-化粧、閲讀燈；拉伸小桌板；乾淨的被褥；乾淨的毛巾；衣架鈎；儲物櫃），服務人員態度非常好，每天早上七點多就打掃洗手間，退房後還可以寄存行李。下次還會入住！

Just like every other hostel in Berlin, their system is biased towards their workers and not the clients. For example they offered me to do the laundry for 9 Euros when I got my clothes back they smelt very bad and worse than their initial condition. When I complained about it , they were like “what do you expect us to do” , and they acted like it was not their responsibility. They simply didn’t care about the complaint and never admitted that their laundry system is trash. In Berlin, (Hostels e specifically )expect to not get your full rights, and unfortunately you can’t do much about it. Workers will side with each other to make you look wrong, till you’re just hopeless about getting your rights or what you paid for. Also their shower system is extremely irritating which they never mention. If you use the shower it cuts off the water every 30 seconds so you don’t consume much water. If you’re taking a dump the electricity goes off and it’s just you in a black dark space. You pay money, but they rip your rights. These are the systems in Berlin Hostels. It’s just a pure shame.

旅社很髒,所有表面都粘粘的,房間、廁所、走廊和大堂都有一股可怕的臭味,以前的租客忘記的東西都在躺着,直到被現在的租客扔掉。牀墊上沾滿了棕色污漬,可能是月經血(我在女房裏)。枕頭皺巴巴的,非常不舒服。牀站着,所以你不能完全打開窗戶把它通風出來。大堂很吵,也很臭,顯然沒有通風,或者被堵住了。絕對不推薦,連25€一晚!這個地方太過分了。

Really good hostel in a cool part of Berlin. I had a private room during Euro 2024. Room was spacious and clean. Good hanging space and chargers. Also had a safe. Room was quite hot but they provided an electric fan. Bathrooms clean spacious and plentiful. Staff friendly. Really handy for transport links. M line and U line just outside the door. Great cafes on the street - really good coffee!

Good location where many cafes and supermarkets are far away from the city center. Bad room because toilet within the room

離柏林電視塔大概1.5km，看到電視塔就能找到酒店，亞歷山大廣場火車站大概1km。經濟快捷型酒店，酒店樓下附近沒怎麼逛感覺也沒什麼店基本都是酒店，都去一公裡外的亞歷山大廣場附近了。房間不大，吃了大概五百米遠的一家巴伐利亞啤酒屋，生意很好

酒店設施和衞生環境都不錯。房間小點，不過也夠用了。我是提前去的，可以免費寄存行李，退房後又多寄存了半天的行李，收了1歐。早餐不推薦，衹有幾種特別硬的麪包和正常的咖啡之類的。交通離亞歷山大廣場6,7分鐘路程，離火車站也近。總體推薦。

Awful place to give your business to. Our trip already started off awful due to the all the world airline companies cancelling flights due to the Microsoft outage. Been a complete mess just trying to get on any flight to Germany, and now getting there 2 days later than planned. This hostel refuses to work with us about anything. They refuse to make any adjustments for us and unwilling to refund anything for the days we aren’t there, even though it was not our fault and not our choice. We travel a ton for social media and them not being able to do this simple thing for a customer, needless to say we won’t being choosing St. Christopher’s in the future and will be sure all our travel friends do the same.
