柏林3星級酒店

在我們探索柏林的同時，在這裡住了4晚。步行至東柏林市中心。靠近車站，步行5分鐘。 房間很小但是很緊湊。乾淨，有一些英語頻道的電視。還有德國的空中運動1和2！ 浴室是5星級。降雨淋浴和地板下供暖！ 床很舒服，但是cld可以用更好的枕頭：-/ 早餐很好，有新鮮水果，雞蛋火腿和奶酪。 強烈建議並再次使用

體面的旅館,相對乾淨,設施很好。位置很好,外面有電車和地鐵站。唯一的缺點是抵達時,我們的房間裏的鎖不起作用,所以我們不得不得到接待來修理。然而,他們非常高效,立即被擊倒。還要注意,接待通常只有一個工作人員,所以你可能會等待一段時間才能看到

酒店離地鐵口走路大概5分鐘左右，旁邊有多條公交線路。可以去市政廳，教堂、馬克思恩格斯廣場都很近。即使走到勃蘭登堡門也衹有1個小時。 酒店的房間也比較大，床也大，是我在荷蘭和德國住的最好的房間，主要是大。特別是自助餐非常豐富，網上説有鵝肝，我不知道那個玻璃罐裏是否是，就拍了個照片。本來想傳錄相，可惜傳了半天也傳不進。 下次還會入住。

就是因為酒店的位置而定的它，就在柏林中央火車站對面，走路幾分鐘就到。酒店一樓是早餐廳，很豐富。房間基本符合描述，有冰箱，但裏面的酒和飲料需要收費。另外，還可以寄放行李，晚上回酒店拿了行李去趕夜車回維也納。總的來説，很方便，很好。

We stayed here in early April 2024 - in a twin room. Hotel and rooms are very modern and clean. Room is small but is OK for a few days. We chose this location as it was close to the main station so it terms of transport it was very good. Probably not the most exciting area in Berlin in terms of vibe or neighbourhood - not a lot of places to eat nearby. It was fairly quiet even though we overlooked the main road - double glazing helped keep the noise out. I would the single beds are VERY narrow and they had some weird mattress topper on top that was not attached to the bed in anyway would slide off so it wasn't a comfortable sleep - I don't know why they have these things. They had snacks for sale in the lobby; and coffee which was a good option. They do offer breakfast but we ate elsewhere.

前台非常熱情，一起抽煙，幫忙找拖鞋。酒店也非常不錯，寬敞，交通十分便利，公交200跟u線都近。下次如果還來柏林，還住這，性價比真好。

我們預定了在這裏四天的住宿,但是最終卻只住了一天。房間里沒有空調。深夜11點抵達的時候我們立即就意識到了這點,員工相當粗魯,他們基本是在上說,我們是非常不走運,損失了所有的錢,而且說我們肯定找不到有空調的房間(實際上我們找到了,也沒有遇到太多的麻煩,我來跟你說,但是我想到到網可能會懷疑這條評論)。我覺得我們最終可以拿回自己三天的住宿費用,但是肯定會有所爭執,。其他的一切都還可以,但是盛夏的時候不要來這裏住。

Location: The location is the prime advantage if you wish to visit Berlin. All the attractions are easily accessible with Bus/S-Bahn/U-Bahn. So full marks for this. Breakfast: For vegeterians, was plenty to choose from. So we are happy with it. Ofcourse for non-vegeterians, maybe bit disappointing as there was no omlett/Wursts/HotDogs etc which you least expect. Staff: Overall good, except one incidence. A Guy with specs, from the kitchen area, talked rudely with us as we were taking photos of the food. He could have talked politely which is the first and utmost thing you expect in Germany. Other than him the all other staff members were good. ROOMs: The rooms were quite small because of extra Bed. We would like to mention that we were completely disappointed with the extra bed. It was big , agree, but it looked like it was a Sofa-Bed and had very large structure which took lot of room space. Exactly the way the others have complained here. The quality of the mattress was poor. The pillow quality was as well poor for this extra bed. The double bed was big enough but the qulity of the mattress can be better. Cleanliness: The room was in general clean except that certain areas needed immediate attention. For example the iron-pad had dust layers so decided not to use it at all. The toilet seat was from outside clean but the inner side was unattended and hence not clean enough. Next day the room service cleaned up the room but it was also not perfect. They only made the bedsheets. They did not bother to once clean the surface of bedsheets. Which we immediately noticed. Which is not expected from room service.

地理位置優越，方便遊覽市中心，距酒店 3 分鐘路程的地鐵站。工作人員非常友好，清潔度很好，唯一的缺陷是房間很小。總體來說多於正面評價。

I'm really surprised by the low reviews as this wasn't our experience at all. Yes it's a budget hotel, so I wouldn't expect a 5* star experience BUT our room was modern, clean, spacious and comfortable (the pillows could be a little plumper). The bed was two twins pushed together but this is common in Germany and the nordic regions, so not unexpected plus we both love having our own duvet and, after travelling, we now have this at home too. It was great to have a free bottle of water in the room and we also bought soft drinks from reception when we arrived. We were on the top floor (14th) and we had no issues with the lift. Staff were friendly on arrival and we even managed to access our room one hour early with no additional fees. We didn't eat in the hotel as we were there to enjoy Berlin, we got up early to have breakfast in central Berlin and had dinner before returning to the hotel. Public transport in Berlin is amazing and there are numerous tram stops near the hotel. We used the M6 most often (5 min walk from the stop to hotel) to Alexanderplatz and beyond but also used another nearby stop to use other transport connections to move around the city. It did take quite some time to get to and from the airport as you do need to make connections but everything was easy to do and we never experienced any late running services. Would we stay here again, maybe...we would not hesitate to stay in the hotel again but only if we didn't have early morning flights (which we did)! This meant that when we arrived, we had to carry our heavy bags around the city centre to make the most of our 3 nights (the hotel was too far away to go there to drop bags and then come back). We were so tired, that we chanced heading to the hotel early to see if early check-in was possible and they were very helpful. On our last day we had to get up at 4am as we were on an early flight home and it took more than 90 mins to go from hotel to airport, we would loved to have stayed somewhere near a station with direct airport links to get that extra 60 mins in bed. So if you don't have early morning flights, then definitely go for it and get a Welcome to Berlin card as that covers all of your travel including from the airport to hotel. Berlin is a brilliant city and we loved it!
