Excellent break on way back from Scotland. Staff very helpful & friendly. Enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. Lots of interesting places to visit in area.

This was our first visit here - a "chill out" break for two!. Wonderful reception - we were made to feel "at home" straight away. Lovely room (room 1) - well presented with lots of excellent little extras in the room - such as "goodies" in the fridge. Staff were absolutely first class, service was great and the food was really good - with plenty excellent choices. Nothing seemed to be too much bother for whoever we asked - including asking the "porter"- who turned out to be the general manager - to take our case upstairs -- very many thanks for your help James!!. We will return.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful grounds and sea view , 5 minutes from Berwick town centre . Staff are lovely and so welcoming. Room clean and very comfortable beds , molton brown toiletries were gorgeous. Food in the restaurant was fine dining and a tasty experience. I would highly recommend this hotel , and can't fault it , looking forward to coming back soon 🥰

My sister had her wedding booked at this hotel over Easter weekend. I stayed for 2 nights along with most of our wedding party. It was an incredible experience, the staff were all amazing, very friendly and nothing was too much bother. We also had dogs staying with us, we had their crates in the main room for the wedding reception and then in the rooms, staff made such a fuss of them. My son and his partner were staying in one of the pods and as much as they liked it ended up getting ready for the wedding in my room as the pod didn’t give them enough space but that is the only criticism. Would highly recommend

Just returned from a night at the hotel where from the first moment stepping through the door the staff could not have been nicer or more attentive, wether it was being shown to our room, relaxing with drinks in the lounge or eating in the restaurant. The rooms a clean and comfortable, the food excellent.

My sister has taken me to dinner at Marshall Meadows Hotel on my birthday for a good few years. Sine it has changed hands I have been there for two birthday dinners. The food has always been very good and the staff attentive .....BUT the problems start with the bills. On both occasions my sister has been seriously over charged. The first time by food ordered by other guests being added to our bill and just recently we were charged for two bottles of wine when we only had one, were charged for a pint of lager which we never ordered and were charged for two bottles of water each when we only had one each. Staff did apologise and adjust the bills accordingly but such issues should not happen. The fact that it has happened twice to us makes us wonder how often other guests are being overcharged. I was planning a large birthday dinner there next year but will not now be doing so. It is a shame but they really need to get their billing system sorted out. I do not like to feel ripped off!

We found this a lovely place to stay on our trip home. We had dinner bed and breakfast one of their offers, a very comfortable ensuite room the food was excellent and supplements not priced heavily. The staff were kind and helpful. Everything made for a comfortable stay, nice surprise and booked at short notice. There were other stay offers available I'd definitely recommend this to my friends, a fantastic find.

We visited this hotel for a short break and everything was wonderful - (staff, food and rooms). Not too far from Holy Island (if tides permit) and walking distance into Berwick-on-T****, also very near Scottish border. Would definitely recommend!!

Made two one nite visits Value for money in clean modern hotel with outstanding staff and best menu and food quality we have come across anywhere Pleasantly surprised by the smaller room three which was very adequate modern and spotless as if only just decorated. Outstanding shower also The staff seemed very genuine and helpful and the restaurant had the very highest quality of food. The experience was so uplifting we returned a few days later for more of the same. The location was good for us as less than two hours from home in Fife. And rite off the A1 although it felt more rural once there.
