Where do I start? Other than the room being large, for the duration of a three-week stay, from the total lack of room service (vacuuming, clean towels, sheets) on a regular basis to one of the riff-raff guests smoking pot where it permeated the hallway into our room on more than one occasion, to another one singing loudly from 1:00AM to 3:45AM on a work night (likely under the influence), to another screaming obscenities in the common areas twice for no apparent reason, to being approached by another for a cigarette and hinting to offer to sell their ”medical *********”. Supposedly the housekeeper was out on sick leave but there was no coverage provided other than the very sporadic appearance of the weekend housekeeper, and even then, they did not provide room service other than to the rooms that have been vacated. This place seems to be nothing more than a glorified homeless shelter. Attendants at the front desk consisted of a manager, assistant manager, and a front desk attendee. Although they had friendly attitudes, and at first would give towels if I asked for some, as people normally shower each day, but soon after they began to say no towels were available each day they were asked for. Management did nothing at all to ensure room service was provided. I ended up needing to launder my own towels. This is what was I received in exchange for paying regular rates with no discount for what is normally included at a motel stay.
