非常差，被單和浴巾都有污漬！毛巾用的時間長了很硬無法使用。沒有服務人員，沒有人清理房間。不提供正常的床上用品！甚至找不到服務人員，衹有一個人坐在門口像是個傳達室人員，一問三不知。凹陷的梳化床令人無法入睡。 衞生：非常差 服務：差極了 設施：還可以

Cette société est une escroquerie. Ils facturent des prestations non validées et non consommées. Faites très attention. Ils vous forcent à renouveler votre séjour en vous harcelant à coup de mails quotidiens Ils n'attendent même pas que vous ayez signé le bail pour considérer que vous avez accepté et vous débitent les frais sur votre carte directement. Pour les animaux c'est pareil. Un prix vous est donné puis finalement on vous informe que c'est le double car le séjour est supérieur à 14 jours. Ce n'était indiqué nulle part. Soyez très prudents ! Je déconseille en fait.

I travel weekly for work and this is the worst experience I have had. Upon arrival the front desk knew nothing about the reservations. When I called the billing department stated they needed my passport uploaded to some website. I am a US citizen traveling within the states so I do not regularly carry my passport. When I told them I only have a US driver's license with me, I was told I needed to upload a picture of my drivers license and credit card and they would run it through their approval committee. All this while I am standing in the lobby at 5pm after working all day. When I told him I did not have access to a computer to upload all this he stated it is their policy. I asked to cancel the reservation so that I may easily go get checked in elsewhere and they refuse to waive my first night's stay even though I was physically unable to check in. I will be seeking legal representation. This review is intended to save someone the hassle of being stranded at 5pm like I was considering none of these requirements are displayed anywhere on the booking information.
