Hôtel a éviter pour les européens, il s interdise de communiquer en français ou tout autre langue européenne, il n' y a que les américains les bienvenus, hôtel très bruyant avec le trafic routier proche de l hôtel , piscine toujours en maintenance, la politesse n est pas leur priorité pour dire bonjour et que dire du manager général Lisette rosa , elle n a rien a faire dans l hôtelerie et dois tout apprendre au vu des échanges de mail que nous avons eu. Bref très mauvais séjour hôtelier

My room at Candlewood Suites South was perfect. Very Spacious room, great counter space and work station, comfortable king bed full size refrigerator, dish washer, 2 burner stove top, and cups plates silver and pans. Everything you need for an extended stay in a room that and also be used as an office. The only minus that I find is the chair for the workstation. I believe it has many miles on it and you can feel the frame of the chair through the seat cushion itself. I had to fold bath towels onto the chair to be able to sit on it and do work. I will enroll in their loyalty program and utilize this chain wherever I find it!

The parking spaces in front labeled for check—in with a time limit where a joke! The same 4 cars were parked there 3 hours later. I had to park in back and walk to the front just to check in! I think some of the cars belonged to employees. Not convenient or considerate of paying customers.

We arrived on Friday and the girl who checked us in was lovely, very pleasant. Our room was so nice and quiet and very, very clean. Parking was a breeze, lots of parking. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The hotel is fine, but My ******* booking was for a suite with 2 queen beds. We were given a king bed suite. When I asked for the switch they said that the request from ******* was for king...who is at fault?

We stayed for 4 days and was shocked that the sign in the room read that if we wanted new towels they would need to be dropped off at the front desk, no room service, no breakfast, small tv

Very comfortable and clean. Like the hotel but pet fee way too expensive. Would not have chosen hotel if I wasn’t able to use rewards to bring price down. $75 per pet is not pet friendly.
