Nice stay quite and enjoy our trip.

I had a very pleasant time with this hotel staff is great and the rooms were clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area looking for affordable prices and convenient shopping and rest and relaxation

We book this through *******. It was supposed to be pet friendly. When we tried to check in the clerk informed us they are not pet friendly. And told us we couldn't stay.in tern ******* never sent the numbers required to redeem my money back

It was a very sad stay. We normally stay there at least once a month and this time was not pleasant at all. It was very cold in the room. As if the window was open at 45 degrees. The room smelled. None of the outlets so I couldn’t charge my phone. The lantern on the desk couldn’t be turned on due to no knob or switch to turn it on. It was a bad experience all around which is not normal.

A very basic place to stay in Berhlehem. Last stayed here 4 years ago and I'm surprised by how far it has declined. Receptionist was friendly, but offered no solution to the closet door that won't close - the problem is that it partially blocks the entrance to the room. Stained curtains, water marks from leaks in the cielimg, otlet by sink with wall-mounted hairdryer doesn't work, exceedingly, hair on the shower wall, towels too small to wrap around an adult, coffee maker that spits out over the tray and microwave it's sitting on, old carpeting in the halls is torn & dirty. The receptionis assures us that the entire place is being renovated and everything will be new when we visit next year. No offer of a different room - I guess they're all this bad!

This property is outdated and not so cleanly. Bathroom had black mold and the room itself smelled of mildew. Sheets were dirty so I’m glad I travel with my own. The refrigerator in the room was very dirty. I will not be staying again. The only good thing was the staff and the breakfast. Oh and the incidental fee is $150 for 1-3 days and $250 for 4 or more days

Overnight once again as it is a nice location and price. Nice large TV with one of the best cable channel stations I have seen. The room is clean as to be expected. I will come again in 2024.

No me gusto el olor y que pedi cambio de habitación porque el aire no funcionó y almque me pasaron tampoco funcionó, pero en lo demás súper me encantó.
