格蘭埃伯酒店(Glan Aber Hotel)

The place is higgaldy piggadly, the decor is tired and the beds are way too soft. But we loved our stay. It has character, the staff are lovely and helpful and it has a real home from home feel. Everything was super clean and for the price they charge, the location couldn’t be any better. Your brekkie is included which is decent, and your car parking too. They accept dogs for an extra £10 and cater for them really well throughout the building with no fuss. If you need somewhere as a base for a couple of days to explore this beautiful town; this hotel is perfect and I will return.

We stayed over the weekend. We knew not to expect much with it being a bunkhouse but it was a shame that after I asked the staff, they didn't fill up the tea/coffee/milk etc which it said we got included when booking. Also, the shower wash containers were all empty. A couple of basic things they could improve on, especially for the price of the room being £60, it should be more like £30. I've had better camping facilities. Another thing to note, the walls are paper-thin, we got woken up twice by a rowdy, dunken stag do!

Went to the Glan Aber for lunch with some friends. Lovely food. Friendly staff. Before we left i went to use the disabled toilet on the second floor. Awful is not the qord for it. No access to the toilet. Tools and gadgets everywhere. Really dirty. If u need the toilet make sure u can access the ones down stairs as u got no chance in disabled toilet. Very disgraceful

The facilities were excellent and clean. The food was very tasty and well cooked by the chef. Compliments to them, The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay, staff are so friendly and helpful. The staff make this hotel. Good food and drinks are reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again. Plenty of walks from the hotel to suit all capabilities. Cafes and shops are in abundance in Betws y Coed.

We were booked in on 2/04/24 with a wowcher deal bought for us by my son and daughter in law. As we prepared to get ready to set off my wife took I'll and needed to be taken to A+E in excruciating pain, we ended up in hospital for 10 hours. I phoned to explain what was happening at 2pm and was told "you have lost the deal, unless you can get someone else to get there" It was to do with wowchers terms and conditions and that the wowcher was coming to an end. Feel extremely poorly dealt with, no compassion.

Friendly, helpful staff - Clean room and facilities, Good choice of menu for evening meal, food good. Breakfast choice good and served promptly. Jacuzzi and sauna nice after long day. Advised parking limited but we had no problem getting a spot.

We visit Betws-y-Coed at least once a year and nearly always eat at Glan Aber. We love the place, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is good, with generous portions and there's a great range of drinks. Booking is recommended as it does get busy for food.

My son in law booked the apartment for weekend 2 nights £350 the accommodation is horrible very dirty old stained carpet dirty mattress on every bed dingy lighting smells damp throughout see photos don’t book this it’s awful dirt everywhere overloaded adapters and the main soil stack runs down stairwell staff on site very nice staff good food but any health inspector would close the apartment down there are not even blinds on windows so as soon as it’s light the kids are awake and the noise from the bar in the living room is deafening cannot hear yourself talk
