Holiday Inn Express 聖安東尼奧機場(Holiday Inn Express San Antonio-Airport)

There is no housekeeping at night. Only the receptionist was present. Very bad service.

This hotel was quite clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. My room was spotless, and well appointed with a comfortable bed with nice linens, and good air conditioning. It was generally quiet, with occasional noises penetrating the walls that were not really a problem. The breakfast buffet was quite adequate, with a good variety of tasty, quality food and beverages, and plenty of them! Parking was readily available and easy to access; the lot was gated for increased security. The streets around the area are a bit challenging to navigate at first, but I was able to manage travel in the area satisfactorily by day #2 (rental car).

It is a great hotel with new or well maitained facilities, and the service is above beyond. The only thing I would suggest is that the noise is kind of pretty loud during the night, since it is by the high way. Maybe the hotel can find a way to upgrade the curtain to be more isolated to noise? Thank you!

This Holiday Inn left me with a mostly positive impression. It’s located right next to a questionable neighborhood, where the hotel provide gated parking. However, the location is very conveniently located- near airport, shopping, and restaurants. Most of all, the staff is very nice and friendly, and breakfast is well stocked. Thumbs up.

El personal súper amable es el mejor personal que hemos tenido en muchos hoteles, todo estuvo muy bien limpio, desayuno básico estubo bien tbn.

The facilities are very good, the room is very nice, my only problem was, the mattress is too hard for my taste, I woke up with back pain every day, the bathroom cleaning was not the best, the floor looked dirty, and Since it is next to the freeway it is very noisy, do not expect a quiet night.

Check in was easy and the staff were super friendly. However, one of the beds in the room sounded as though it was going to break as soon as we sat on it or laid down. There were stains all over the carpet and every time the air conditioning unit came on the entire room smelled of vinegar. The bathtub had a large stain covering the tub floor. The sink had soda or coffee splashed on some of it indicating it hadn’t been cleaned. Again, super friendly staff… but the room was definitely not the best and we will not book here again.
