吉布斯市中心河濱酒店(Hotel Gibbs Downtown Riverwalk)

接待處的服務非常周到。早餐提供了不錯的熱菜選擇，但可以有新鮮的橙汁和更多的甜麵包選擇。網路很好，代客泊車服務很貴（2晚82美元），但還可以。健身房/健身中心還有很多不足之處——設備很舊而且無法正常運作。

房間非常好，位置優越。我唯一要說的是水管聲音有點大。

This building was built in1909 and it has been beautifully upgraded preserving its character! Very clean hotel, comfortable bed and a great breakfast. There is a bar and every hour it is open is happy hour. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Valet parking is a bit pricey at $36 but everything we needed was within walking distance; The Alamo, The River Walk, shops and restaurants. Will definitely visit again!

I’m a frequent traveler to San Antonio and have stayed at dozens of downtown hotels. First time at this property and would stay again. Clean room. Bed was a little squishy. Very walkable to other downtown sites. Cool old building with interesting history. Lack of in room storage was a downer. Would rather have a small wardrobe than the oversized loveseat in the jr suite or at least a chest of drawers in the closet or some sort of shelving for clothes that don’t need to be hung. The kids running the valet service need to up their game to a higher level of professionalism. The free breakfast was impressive and tasty and not at all an afterthought. Please consider offering decaf!

We arrived and even though it says they had parking on site it was not !!! You have to pay 2 options a city parking $30 each time you go out or $40 valet a day. I choose this hotel because of the economical price but after that all the other hotels would have been better!! The floor in the bathroom had mold in it. The room was sooo incredibly small my husband and I had to take turns walking by the the bed to the bathroom because you could not walk at the same time. No where to sit except the bed. Asked for soap and shampoo as it states they have some for all the guest. They told me I would have to wait till the morning to shower. The room was cold I asked for more blankets they were never brought up. The bed was hard as a rock woke up with my back killing me.

The hotel is not as it appears on the listing through ******* or their website. The reception staff were polite and helpful The complementary water was not bottled water. It lacks vibrancy and the complementary breakfast was cold. Deceiving.

Tiene todo, igual o mejor que cualquier otro hotel. Está súper céntrico y es una joya histórica. Nada es criticable todo está bien.

El hotel está muy bien ubicada y las camas excelentes para un excelente descanso Es importante considerar que no tiene estacionamiento.
