The amenities were good and the shuttle is available 24/7. The room was nice and there are shops nearby. The shuttle can also take you anywhere is a three mile radius.

Pésimos servicio, sino preguntas como es la limpieza en tu habitacion, resulta que solo hacen limpieza un día si y un día no, si lo quieres diario tienes que avisar. Y en la habitación 103 había una CUCARACHA, tengo toro. Le comenté a la de la recepción y me dijo que por el inconveniente que podía tomar algo GRATOS para desayunar, lo cual negué

Muy mal, súper sucia, no puedes dormir porque como permiten mascotas , hay perros ladrando a todas horas, el lugar es extremadamente sucio, las alfombras dan asco terrible, huele horrible , los sillones del lobby están llenos de pelos, manchados de todos lados. Nunca volvería ahí. No hacen limpieza en las habitaciones, el candil del baño no cierra bien, todo está en pésimas condiciones.

Fue muy sencillo reservar el cuarto bajo la aplicación de hotels. El traslado al aeropuerto fue rapido, el hotel es moderno, bonito y limpio. El cuarto en muy buen estado y el baño excelente

Honestamente muy decepcionante la estancia. No volvería a recetar ahí. Llegamos antes de las 3:00 y nos dijeron que no había check in adelantado, cosa que entendimos, nos pidieron regresar después de las 3:30 argumentando que después de ese horario si nos podríamos registrar. No fue así, llegamos pasadas las 4:00 y esperamos más de 30 minutos Al llegar a la habitación vimos que nos faltaba una toalla la pedimos y me dijeron que no tenían limpias. Hasta el siguiente día me la dieron. Al acostarnos las sábanas manchadas, quiero pensar por salud mental, que era mancha que no se quieta, cómo era muy tarde cuando llegamos, tuve que ponerle encima ropa mía para poder dormir tranquila. Pedí nuevamente que limpiaran la habitación y no cambiaron la Sabana manchada ñ. La habitación incómoda, los baños viejos y maltratados, en especial la regadera. Y lo peor es que la recamarera súper mal hecha y sucia, no cambio el filtro del café y lo dejo escurriendo, grosera porque no me contestaba cuando le hablaba. El refrigerador súper pequeño y no enfriaba bien. La tele colgada súper chueca, el control remoto no funcionaba bien. En fin, una mala experiencia y no regresaremos. Es una lástima porque la ubicación del hotel es muy buena y es maravilloso que sea Frendly PET pero en verdad muchas áreas de oportunidad.

When I got there I told the people at the desk I had been trying to call and ask a question about check in and I was not able to do that . I had been shuffeled around and never spoke to anyone at the location. They were upset over that and I was treated poorly after that. I had reserved 3 rooms 2- king and 1- 2 queen and they were not able to do that . They seemed to blame me for that also. As we were getting ready to leave an employee told me that weapons were not allowed in the motel. I said OK, I would take care of that when I got to the room. He debated this with me shouting from across the lobby as I went to my room. And now I see a charge on my credit card from them .That I do not know about. A call is in to find out, I do not expect a good report. Nothing else was.

We checked in around seven, our room was not ready. The employee asked if we were OK with a handicap room. I asked what is the difference, he said it's just bigger. After showering the bathroom floor, including the toilet area and area with the mirror were wet. Water was standing in all those areas. So at any time that night that we had to go to the restroom, we had to walk through the standing water that was very cold. Showering the next morning was also very uncomfortable because of the cold standing water. I did call front desk, but they were very busy and could not talk.

The original room I was assigned had no hot water. Then the AC would not work. Had to change rooms at 2am in the morning. Went to take a shower the next morning and the new room did not have any hot water either. The water was lukewarm at best. Literally shivering in the shower. Will never stay here again.
