General Manager, Margarita, did not allow me to check in because I did not physically have the card I used to pay for the rooms online. Marriott's website says it allows members to do contactless check-in, so I was surprised when she wanted the credit card. The room was paid for by my company. I had the card information, but did not have the physical card. She also refused to give me a refund, keeping the money for the paid hotel rooms. She also would not give me a receipt so I could turn it into the company. She also refused to cancel the reservation and give me any type of documentation. She said she needed a physical card or $100.00 cash for incidentals. I told her I didn't have cash or another credit card and I wanted her to charge the incidentals to the company card, for which she already had the information, but she would not do it.
