佩拉白英奇酒店(Biancho Hotel Pera- Special Category)

Hotel muy normalito. Empezamos el viaje en el, y a la vuelta de nuestra ruta por Turquía volvimos allí. La verdad que la imagen que nos dio al principio no fue de lo más correcta, nos dieron las llaves de una habitación ocupada, y eso… ya nos generó desconfianza de que con nuestra habitación pudiera pasar lo mismo. Nos cambiaron, y la habitación estaba bien, pasable. Pero no tuvimos la misma suerte la segunda vez que volvimos. Nos pusieron en la última planta y la habitación fue pésima. Los enchufes arrancados y con los cables por fuera, un baño lleno de humedades, que casi era mejor cerrar los ojos mientras te duchabas. Las paredes desconchadas, y con humedades… menos mal que fue solo una noche. Estás andando de Santa Sofía a unos 45 minutos, la torre Galata la tienes al lado, a 5 minutos. Si volviera a Turquía, buscaría un hotel en la zona del Río donde estaba todo lo que hay que ver realmente, y con más calidad seguro… El desayuno de lo más normal, bastante casero, y poca variedad

I had a problem with the a/c and they never fixed it and they had to tell me deal with it Them trying to fixit using youtube videos had me laughing Very rude staff especially the receptionist, this is closer to a motel than a hotel

Όλα βρώμικα τα σεντόνια άπλυτα,όλα κατεστραμμένα μέσα στο δωμάτιο ενώ είδαμε και κατσαρίδες.τις μισές μέρες από την διαμονή μου προσπαθούσα να φτιάξω το air-conditioning αλλάξαμε δωμάτιο κ τίποτα.πρωινο χάλια και προσωπικό αγενεστατο κ με ρατσιστικά στοιχεία

Очень достойный отель! Местоположение отличное, номер хороший, уборка каждый день. Полотенца меняют каждый день, вкусные и сытные завтраки. Очень приветливый персонал, всем спасибо большое! Рекомендую однозначно.

We were put in this hotel by Blue Magic Hair Transplant. I would give this place a zero star if I could 😕 They told us they booked us the Delta Marriott and we paid to stay at the Marriott! They didn't even tell us about this until the shuttle driver told us about this change. A total scam. First room's bathroom door handle was broken, the sliding door was broken wouldn't lock at all, the view of the trash from the first room and the second room. The second room had a broken drawer, electrical tape on the hairdryer, bathroom smelling like urine, watery shampoo smelling like bubble gum, dirty coffer pot and the fitted was ripped and dirty... I only have coordinator (not going to name him herein) from Blue Magic Hair Transplant to blame for this mess. We are checking out tomorrow and going to a different hotel and I will file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back for fraud. Messing around with a wrong person who has worked in the customer service field and finance!! DON'T STAY HERE!!

Erstmal zum positiven. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Nur wenige Meter zur Metro-Station-Shishane sowie ein paar Minuten zum Galata-Turm. Das Zimmer bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Das Personal ist bemüht, spricht jedoch nicht besonders gut englisch. Optisch ist das Hotel in Ordnung, für ein Städtetrip ausreichend. Nun leider zum negativen. Wir haben Nachts kaum ein Auge zubekommen. Der Straßenlärm der Hauptstraße ist das eine, aber das Türschließen im Flur ist eine Katastrophe. Es ist so laut, so dass wir jede Stunde davon wach wurden. Zu dem sind die Betten sehr sehr weich und es ist kaum bis kein Platz für den Koffer (auf dem Foto wirkt das Zimmer wenigstens etwas größer). Allgemein ist das Zimmer zwar modern eingerichtet, jedoch bedarf es an vielen Stellen eine Ausbesserung. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls nicht gefallen. Der Frühstücksbereich ist im Keller, daher nicht besonders gemütlich und das Brot ist nicht einmal getoastet. Wir aßen darauf hin auswärts. Wie haben uns sehr an den Bewertungen des Hotels orientiert und sind überaus verwundert wie diese zu Stande gekommen sind. Wir würden dieses Hotel daher leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

Clean rooms, very good location, below average breakfast, polite staff. My wife and I stayed for five nights; it wasn't our best hotel experience but it wasn't the worst as well! Just note that in this hotel, it's forbidden to invite friends to your room.

I was really impressed when arrived to this hotel nice staff and acting professionally the facility is close to metro station shishane which is good opportunity to get to all cosy places in Istanbul I will love to thank the house keeping teams for their amazing services and unfortunately I could not to meet them during my check out I could not to find them but sure next time will be. The reception team was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for making this trip successful and hopefully to see you again 😃
