皇家塔克西姆套房酒店(Royal Taksim Suites)

Luogo a dir poco eccezionale. In pieno centro, perfettamente collegato con tram e metro. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita, arredamento di lusso di ottimo gusto. Personale gentilissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, un’esperienza da ripetere.

The hotel is in the central busy Taksim area, but situated in a quiet street tucked away from all the bustle. Our stay was comfortable, the room clean and it included a hairdryer, large fridge, a private courtyard and 24 hour access to tea, coffee, soft drinks in the foyer. The staff were absolutely great and super helpful and friendly. They assisted us whenever we needed it such as booking ahead for intercity trains etc. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short city break and will be returning next time I visit Istanbul.

This place is great for family visiting İstanbul and wants to be close to the busy area of Istiklal street. The staff is very helpful specifically Saleem, Taher and Said. They helped a lot for example when I booked the room from booking for some reason my Card didn't work and Taher called offering to pay in front of Desk. They rooms are clean and room number 12 has amazing view. Just to give a heads up if you are looking for kind of big hotel lobby then this is not the place but if you are looking for cozy, warm experience with very professional and friendly staff then this is the place. When we arrived, it was before mid day and Saleem and Said offered breakfast to the family for free. Definitely I am highly recommending this place and if I am coming back will rebook here.

My family and I arrived to check in and they did not respect the booking we had done with weeks in advance. They mentioned an error in the system showing a cancelation when we even got a call to reconfirm we were going to be there and to save our booking. Not only that, they did not support to find another option so were basically stranded looking for a place to stay (with bags and kid) due to their issue. Their lack of support and empathy was really the worst. Hope you dont have to go through this but would recommend to book somewhere else just in case to avoid this potential awful situation from the Royal Taksim Suites Hotel.

This hotel has the perfect location, rooms offer everything you need and its very clean. But most of all and the best is the service and people working there. Selim the 5* host does everything right for the guests, he is the person who never says no and will help you with your tours, booking, rooms and needs on your stay. Very helpfull and nice. The suites are just like in the pictures and the price is much lower than any other hotels in the districts. I really recommend this place.

Booked for my family and I. They advertise by saying the apartment sleeps seven but with three single beds, one double bed and a sofa, I don’t know how it sleeps seven. The toilet seat kept falling down. Asked for it to be fixed but this didn’t happen. In the end, we had to use the bit of the hairdryer to hold the toilet seat in place. The iron we were given is a death trap. Cables exposed all over the iron. The windows in the room is a death trap for young children. We have young children and it was a nightmare. We couldn’t open the window due to the fear our little one might fall off. The window is low so even a little child cbs access it. There are furnature all around the windows. One of the window didn’t close properly. Was it clean? Yes, it was liveable but not the best. I asked about the PCR test to the owner and the staff and everyone lied to me. They told me I will miss my flight if I don’t get a PCR test from them. Their prices is 250TL which is double the price found locally. It’s even cheaper if you go a little further. The hotel owner collected us because we had a big problem with the first place we booked. Even though we paid over £1,000 extra for this place, the a manger over charged me. Then he asked for another 300TL for collecting us from a distance of 1km. This was 10 times more expensive than the local con artist taxis. Wow, do these people have any compassion? No. None at all. They only want to rip the tourists off. What a shame. Would I ever go back? No thanks, I would rather bathe in my cats urine than go back there. PS. I don’t have a cat.

Le séjour était excellent, l’équipe est à l’écoute et très professionnelle… très gentil même (le chauffeur nous a proposé de faire un tour à Istanbul avant de rentrer à l’hôtel depuis l’aéroport (sans surcharge). Toujours disponible Les chambres sont correctes, et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est juste magnifique (en plein rue istiklal - taksim) Je recommande vivement cet hotel

سلام و با تشکرات فراوان از مهمان نوازی گرم و صمیمی شما، از خوش آمد گویی گرم و صمیمی، خدمه لبخند بر لب، سوییتش برا ما خیلی راحت بود، همه امکاناتی که تو سایت نوشته رو داشت، دقیقن وسط خیابون استقلال ولی به دور از سر و صدای خود خیابون، خیلی برای اطلاعاتی که توی شهر لازم داشتیم بدون وقت از دست دادن جاهای بیشتری رو بگردبم، وقت می‌ذاشتن و راهنمایی می کردن، سفر بعدی بازم خواهیم آمد برا تجربه دوباره خدمات خوبتون و اینکه هتل جدید بازسازی شده و خیلی تمیزه.
