Booked for my family and I. They advertise by saying the apartment sleeps seven but with three single beds, one double bed and a sofa, I don’t know how it sleeps seven. The toilet seat kept falling down. Asked for it to be fixed but this didn’t happen. In the end, we had to use the bit of the hairdryer to hold the toilet seat in place. The iron we were given is a death trap. Cables exposed all over the iron. The windows in the room is a death trap for young children. We have young children and it was a nightmare. We couldn’t open the window due to the fear our little one might fall off. The window is low so even a little child cbs access it. There are furnature all around the windows. One of the window didn’t close properly. Was it clean? Yes, it was liveable but not the best. I asked about the PCR test to the owner and the staff and everyone lied to me. They told me I will miss my flight if I don’t get a PCR test from them. Their prices is 250TL which is double the price found locally. It’s even cheaper if you go a little further. The hotel owner collected us because we had a big problem with the first place we booked. Even though we paid over £1,000 extra for this place, the a manger over charged me. Then he asked for another 300TL for collecting us from a distance of 1km. This was 10 times more expensive than the local con artist taxis. Wow, do these people have any compassion? No. None at all. They only want to rip the tourists off. What a shame. Would I ever go back? No thanks, I would rather bathe in my cats urine than go back there. PS. I don’t have a cat.
