Due to myself having health issue's and the fact that we were travelling with our 14 months old daughter we had repeatedly requested for a room on Ground Floor and the property confirmed this on the 3 occasions I had spoken to them prior to our travel. On arrival we found out that the room wasn't available, they only had 1 room available which was in another block 10 mins walk away from the property itself, and the fact that you would have to walk back down to Neva every morning for breakfast was the final nail in the coffin. The guy at the reception made us wait for 2 hours with a baby and they were highly inconsiderate and rude especially Mehmat (I believe that was the name), while waiting we asked for a glass of water so my I could take my medication but that too seemed like an inconvenience, they also gave us dirty looks when my daughter started crying. They even provided false reason for cancellation once they cancelled they cancelled the booking claiming the Credit Card was "invalid". P.S. no pictures are added as we didn't actually get a room.
