It is beautiful. The staff is great. The rooms are impeccable. The breakfast is delicious. It is walkable to shops. I’ll be back!

Wonderful charming boutique hotel. Staff friendly and most helpful. Definitely recommend it! Location perfect to walk to town and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay. Be aware there is no elevator. The room was huge and immaculate. The staff was professional and couldnt have been any nicer. This is a 14 minute walk from cathedral. Its 20.00 to take a taxi. The breakfast was really good. I would love to stay again. Everything was perfect.

We had a lovely room on the first floor. As hotel rooms go it was large with a high ceiling and large windows. The fittings were minimalist but adequate and functional. The aircon worked! The shower facilities were modern and stylish. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was on the minimal side (but adequate). It is a "continental"style breakfast with eggs to order. the coffeee tasted of coffee (never a given in France!) and the breakfast room was spacious and modern overlooking the courtyard and pool area. This is a nice hotel and we would be happy to return. The staff we met were obliging and friendly. The only negative point is the acoustics. There is no lift (elevator) and the steps to the top floor are marble composite of some sort. Guests in the floor above us had an early departure at around 0500 and made considerable noise bouncing their wheeled luggage down the hard steps with no apparent attempt to leave in silence. This of course is not the fault of the hotel, but perhaps a protocol of some sort could be introduced to ensure that other sleeping guests are not disturbed. The hotel is also well located for exploring the centre of Beziers (just a ten minute walk away).

Creat hotel. Good breakfast for $20 per person, helpful staff. Luxurious pillows and beds and quiet rooms. No elevators, but large rooms in a beautiful mansion with wood floors. A cut above the rest.

Spacious and comfortable - and great decor

It is immaculately clean. There is free parking for 2 cars directly outside. The problem with this hotel was its 4-star rating which led us to expect the usual amenities for this class of hotel. This hotel is minimalist in style with a feeling of high-class student accommodation. There is a recreation area downstairs providing tea/coffee/wine for which one is required to record consumption on a clipboard. I have never encountered this in a 4-star hotel. Our room 888 is in the attic and there is no lift which should be mentioned in the description. It was difficult for my husband to climb the stairs. The receptionist very kindly carried our bags for us. The room is sp**** and disappointing. No carpeting, no refrigerator, no bath, no kettle. An open clothes rack with hangers. Bedside lighting consisted of two extremely bright suspended bulbs by each side of the bed. The safe is in the bottom of a narrow cupboard and is not attached to anything. We had to get down on our hands and knees to access it. We requested the provision of a kettle (there is a coffee-making machine) and needed a certain amount of persuasion to be provided with one. It actually belonged to the receptionist who insisted we "take good care of it". The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. This is a perfectly adequate and clean overnight stay but my major criticism is that its 4-star rating and pricing would lead one to expect more than is actually provided.

This amazingly renovated mansion runs by a lovely family. They are experts about guest satisfaction. They made all kind of arrangements for us during our stay. They made our holiday an unforgettable one. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our room was so spacious and comfy. We loved this hotel and we will be back with more friends next year.
