湖景酒店(Hotel Lake View)

Worst experience. Had visited hotel lake view on 25/05/2024 till 27/05/2024 with family. We had booked lake view family room direct with hotel. While check in management refused to provide said room saying there is no family room for lake view . When we entered to the room they had provided, was stinking with the strong smell of pest control, when we had complained about it they gave us another room which was also stinking so they again cleaned the room. There were many cockroaches in the room even on bed. All furniture, ceramics are broken.The staff is useless. No breakfast options. After arguing they had provided lake view family room next day in the afternoon(which they had said there is no such room). The another room was in new building which is quite good but I had struggled to asked for towels, bed sheets, pillows etc.(I guess they think it’s guests duty to ask for everything or May be they think guest will carry pillow n all from their home). They put bedsheets on table which they provided outside restaurants for breakfast. They don’t even have proper glasses. Small swimming pool. As per rooms no enough space for breakfast in restaurant and parking is available only for 10 cars. Entirely messed management, poor hospitality, no maintenance.

The property is in a prime location exactly opposite the lake with neat and clean rooms, good ambiance, good food. Most of the tourist places are few km from the hotel.

Our accommodation was great, clean and hygienic rooms. Services were commendable. Location of the hotel is best. Food was delicious with wide variety. Its indian cuisine was greatly appreciated. Staff were humble and cooperative. This property is highly recommendable.

It was a pleasant stay. The location was awesome and the staff was decent and took all the care of the room and services needed to be provided. The only thing was the toaster at the time of breakfast was not working. These kinds of hotels should keep 3-4 toasters at services for customers but they don't have a single spare toaster. So otherwise everything was very fine and we are happy.

All things are ok but blanket are very dirty and i repeatedly tell him but they don’t change and again go to the reception even though they don’t change

Very good service nice location very convenient for go out. Food was very delicious, in rush hour waiting is too long. Room service was ok not that much good.

Good to stay there at lake view resort we enjoyed so much at the resort the buffet menu was also good

The experience was terrible. Rooms are not up to the mark. Hot water is not available. Bathrooms are not clean and the rooms are not good. Hotel staff is not friendly. Food is some what better. I will not suggest this hotel to stay.

Terrible experience. Room was very basic and pillows were disgusting. There was bugs in the bed too. Our room was not made up - we had to request the most basic things like towels twice but not delivered, only got them when we asked one of the cleaners that was cleaning the corridor. On checkin they kept asking for indian id even though we’d given our passport and oci documents. Also the room was not as described- there is no iron or iron board, which was refused on asking. On checkout they kept asking if we’d used the bar in the bedroom/ there was no bar and no drinks or any snacks in the room so clearly they’d given us the cheaper standard room and not what we booked! shower was awful too as it was just not a shower as needed descaling as water was hardly coming out. I would not recommend or use this hotel again. Most staff were helpful throughout.
