I had chosen Hotel Cambean for hosting my engagement ceremony and was pleasantly surprised with the arrangements. Had booked rooms there for our guests and Atrium banquet hall for the function. The rooms were neat and clean and the banquet hall was very spacious (specially important in these times of Covid for social distancing). All the arrangements were very good and prompt. The staff was very courteous and helped us with all the last minute requests we made. Would like to make special mention of the operations manager - Mr. Jagannath Dolui. He ensured that the function ran smoothly and was always available in person/over call to ensure that all our requests/requirements were attended to. Would like to thank him and the staff for making this event memorable for me and my family.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotel i stayed during my time in raipur! The staff was extrimly friendly. The restorant is very flexible! And the front desk lady called shukla deserves a spacial thanks. the atmosphere is so spacial that it really felt like home to me. A great sample of excellent hospitality!

Make my trip is a ow-some app, that provided me a best hotel in raipur city. My trip was superb as i stayed for 2 days in hotel ambassadors inn. 訪訪客Excellent stay. The room amenities and ambience of the hotel overall was brilliant and elegant. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Food was good. Only one cons is room service, menu and bar menu and service needs improvement. I felt that bar prices were quite high and room service was not at all upto the mark as compared to what we were charged.

訪訪客We stayed over 2 weeks. The family had multiple rooms on the same floor. We got to know the floor plan, the routines, and the staff well. Visiting Bhilai next time, we would not stay anywhere else. One thing - although amenities and staff were exceptional, it never felt overwhelming. We could navigate through hotel spaces, meet visitors, and have spontaneous meeting in the spacious lobby without any hesitation. Staff was always there to help but always non-intrusive. It seems that even their attire/colors have been designed to be non-obtrusive - shades or blue rather than yellow/red. In terms of comfort, cleanliness, environmental control, use of technology in rooms, wi-fi bandwidth, room service, house keeping - it was all tops, 5 stars out or 5. And just for fun, while staying at Grand Dhillon we explored other top-notch properties in Bhilai (we were planning for a potential extended stay) - there are other good ones for sure, but Grand Dhillon is undoubtedly a notch above all. Food - breakfast was wonderful - buffet style - a combo of continental and Indian, plus on-demand omelets/dosas/paranthas. Certain days we had to hit the road early, so we asked staff if we could have breakfast early. They happily accommodated and even packed some for the road. Dinner was similarly great - with a choice of multiple cuisines. It all seemed to be made fresh and in nutritious manner. However, if you want to taste a more dhaba style preparation, you can simply cross the street and choices are abundant. I guess we stayed long enough that it started feeling like home. Staff was easily able to guess our questions. Would know if we forgot something in the lobby. Had a great conversation with manager Vishwanathan over a cup of tea he invited me to join. And in the dinning hall Nandini knew exactly the quantity we would eat. We were there to take care of some family emergency situation. When we left, the manager bid us farewll and wished to see again under happier circumstances. Going back will feel like going home!

We stayed here in this hotel 3 days experience with the stay and staff so good .. food is too good specially they are making mouthwatering staters even main course too…. Rooms are spacious and well furnished Staff is so friendly and polite I definitely suggest/ recommend this stay

訪訪客Pros : exactly on the kolkata mumbai highway. Bedsheets and towels were clean cons : rooms need renovation in terms of good lights, latches and good quality furniture. Also pest control is required as one can see cockroaches moving on the room floor.
