Great hotel building with good rooms. It's slightly less spacious, though. Custom service was average as i requested a shower get which never arrived. The food was very good.

Service provided by the staff was excellent. Hotel location is too good just 5 min from railway station. Food was excellent. I would like to mention of the housekeeping staff name Alamgir for his prompt and excellent service with great communication skill .

Restaurant Service is pathetic, adding water in curry after some time , think chef is not aware about no of guests, lift not working Surprisingly both . Billing over charged on minibar, luckily reviewed and found that. Housing keeping team is good.

very very bad and dangerous experience my family had yesterday. they gone for birthday celebration there for first time but they don't know these hotel restaurant has veg and noveg food variety. we are pure vegetarian family so we decide to go other place. eventually my 2yr old daughter want to drink water so they use two glass regular water there and then walk out from there. suddenly hotel staff demand them for water bill of two glass. my family agreed to pay but they charged them 126 rupees for two glass of water. I never seen any five star level hotel behave for money like this. you guys literally run behind money wherever it it comes from. if you can't afford and maintain this type of property than water charges can't save you and one day you have to shut your door permanently. mark my word.. I am from Surat and I will raise this issue personally. please shut your property you can't earn money from normal water glass of 63 R's.

Nice place to stay. Good room food service and cleaning provided by their staff. All staffs are Friendly and ready to help at every moment specially MS Anjali chaudhary and MR prashant kumar are doing so well. They all have young group of minds and establishing a new mark for all.

Excellent property. Clean spacious rooms, great breakfast spread. Value for money.we were going to Statue of Unity and took a break at this property. I booked it via Agoda and we also got a free upgrade. I would really recommend this hotel

Multiple surprises - a wheelchair friendly room, antique / village setting for the modern cafe, staff the wine & liquor outlet prominently displayed in Gujarat where liquor sale is allowed only for permit holders or visiting guests in premium hotels, helpful staff at reception and travel desk that vacated the desk when suddenly had to attend Zoom meetings for a few hours after check out.

Had visited the hotel for business purpose during my recent trip. Good hotel & good service by Flora. The rooms are good enough, the location is also very apt. The overall ambience of the hotel is pleasant.

It's an amazing property with utmost gr8 Hospitality. Human touch is always there in the warm service always. I really appreciate Flora Cutoh - one of the stunning staff I came across during my stay. Gr8 sense of hospitality, always warm welcome & greetings, always Carrie's smile on her face & spreds it across wherever she goes. The rooms are having all the amenities and the view is mesmerizing. The restaurant is serving good veriety of food. Stayed here for a single day with family and it was a great experience.Flora at reception was kind and polite and made sure the checkin was quick. visiting soon.

The rating from my side is 5. The whole experience was really good and the hospitality was amazing! The food was delicious and everything at the hotel was great! Flora from the hotel helped me a lot before booking the hotel till the check out! Alisha also was very cooperative and helped me in everything! Mr Ankit also let me upgrade my stay! Further looking forward for discounts in the future stays! Overall it was a lovely experience!

Overall very nice and pleasant experience. All staff were great and cooperative, my personal favourite was flora madam. She was always smiling and made us feel like home. We had no complaints. Rooms were clean and ambience were great. Great hospitality and great stay for two nights. Would love to come again.
