First the positives, the service on most part from restaurant to baggage and trolly is very good especially Baldev and Sonu. The breakfast buffet was excellent and their high tea time is good.
Negative: Reception is not so welcoming and requires training. They provided mislead information that their alacarte restaurant is available but found out in late evening that they have a private event. Swimming pool is cold and absolutely no chairs in that area. Gym has broken equipment. No hand towels or face towels in room and when called front desk no one showed up. Our driver was told about food and stay and it was told not available. It is a 3 star overall. Pillows had smell.

Le resort était agréable. La chambre tout à fait convenable.
Le petit déjeuner hors de prix.
Le restaurant extérieur très désagréable car un bruit d’enfer due à une turbine quelconque.
Clairement heureusement que j’avais bénéficié d’une ristourne significative sinon…

The staff was very friendly and willing/ready to help. Pleanty of food choice. Rooms, bed, bathroom were between good and excellent.
We had a really nice family stay at Regenta Resort Bhuj. The swimming pool was the best part – the kids loved the shallow area, and we could just relax by the water with the beautiful rock backdrop. The buffet was quite good, with lots of options – fresh juices, fruits, and a mix of Indian and continental dishes. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sit-out area, though I felt housekeeping could have been a bit quicker in clearing used linens. The property itself has a very calm and green atmosphere, which made it perfect for a family getaway. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. Overall, great food, a fun pool, and peaceful surroundings made it a memorable trip.

Waarschijnlijk voor westerse toeristen het beste hotel, maar wel helemaal ingericht op inwoners van India. Wel een ruime kamer, een behoorlijk bed en een lekkere douche. Maar als je kijk naar de afwerking van het pand en dan specifiek het dak dan kan wel wel wat reparaties gebruiken. Twee ruimtes voor het diner waarvan een voor een buffert. En de andere die buiten gelegen is voor a la carte. Dit a la carte restaurant was overigens een leuke plaats om te zitten en werd be***d door vriendelijke medewerkers. Het ontbijt was 100% Indië’s en voor ons dus alleen toast en jam en wat minder smakelijke thee.

.The cultural experience at REGENTA BHUJ left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.
