The glowing reviews here for this hotel are either for another property or mainly by clueless local people who have low standards of hygiene, service and quality. This was my second Fern experience in the past 1 year, both in Gujarat, and they have both been pathetic. Fern is essentially a local chain with local standards and ethos. This particular hotel is representative of the dusty, filthy town of Bhuj, where everything is dirty and broken full of trash everywhere. The hotel is situated on a dusty highway with an uninviting lobby and entrance. They keep the lights switched off to save on electricity in typical kanjoos fashion. We were given Room 115 which was near the housekeeping cabin that was kept open and dirty. The room had no windows and was dark and dinghy with a broken chair. There was no separate wet area in the bathroom and the water spilled all over. Most of the plumbing fixtures were dirty and broken. Food was equally pathetic with typical desi emphasis on paneer and Chinese. Breakfast was a zoo with mainly inedible items. The room rate for this experience was ridiculous at INR 7500! We were glad to get out of there next morning. Never again.

在bhuj kutch的山景度假村最好的住宿,....我們在山景度假村組織了嬰兒淋浴功能,還呆在房間裏,房間維護得很好,設施最好,.....前廳工作人員對我們也很有禮貌,特地riya幫了我們這麼多....她對我們很好很好.....感謝她和所有工作人員......我會推薦大家一定要去山景度假...........

Good interior, good staff, good hospitality. Excellent stay. Staff also supportive. Enjoyed stay.

Propertysis located comparatively nearer to railway station than airport. Our deluxe room was neat and clean. Room service is also good but can be better. They don't have lunch/dinner option but breakfast was delicious.

Nice location, if you are at Bhuj for Rann Utsav. Stay was good, reasonably good rooms, restaurant was superb, sumptuous dishes, courteous and welcoming “Nigam” (the restaurant boy) to serve food, some good old melodies played in the restaurant added flavour. Special appreciation to Nigam for being an excellent host

The room was nice and it has smart tv but Wi-Fi is not the best. Some staff cannot speak English well and only one of them can. They were helpful even if language was a barrier.
