黑森林旅館(Black Forest Lodge)

Black Forest Lodge & Cabins are great, we stayed in a stand alone unit with a wonderful wood burning fireplace the cabin was called KATY...My husband Reggie and I were celebrating his 55th birthday. Great welcoming staff, perfect location for sight seeing and the in-room jacuzzi was an excellent accent for late night relaxation!

Went for a single night stay, ended up extending the stay to two nights. Room was pretty clean. microwave and mini fridge both worked. Heater worked. Balcony had a view of... the street lol. Spa took a bit of maintenance to get working, but worked like a champ after they sent someone up. There was a fair amount of road noise, but I don't see how that can be helped. Lodge is within walking distance of "The Village" (shopping) overall was very nice, worth the money, will stay here again.

our cabin had a fireplace I used Duraflame (x2) so I didn't have to tend a fire, small but we got a good price, there are restaurant's very nearby, we sat together outside on the patio my Bluetooth speaker and we mixed our own drinks (ice maker in lobby), this was our 4th time hear and we have never been disappointed.

We stayed in a lot of hotels. This is by far the worst. I had very bad allergies next day, probably from so much dust in the room. Stained carpet, blanket with burn holes, cigars half smoked in the window, quilt ripped and with holes. Very bad internet connection, can't watch TV. Towels are full of black hair-not ours and scratchy. Questionable brown stains on the fireplace. Gross

The bed was comfortable, in room jacuzzi was nice, no a/c and it was warm, ceiling fan didn't work, pool looked clean and nice, stairs entering the building seemed shaky and unsafe. Property could use some landscape work. My room #20 was on the street and very noisy.

The worst nights sleep I have ever paid for. I booked this room because it was right at 8.6 and I came here to relax. That was not the case. I tossed and turned all night. The mattress here is absolutely horrible. The room is dirty the bedside table was sticky the table on the patio was not wiped down. It was filthy it had Spit on the table. This place really needs to do better for their guests.

I loved the male office staff, he was very kind and helpful. The maids however need to clean with some kind of effort. The floors were filthy bathroom had hair and thick dust. It wasn’t sold out so why are these maids just skimming through. Terrible quality.

The place needs serious remodeling and clean-up. It is so beaten up! Door that you have to push very hard to open, shower that was dripping non-stop, bent window screen, chipping paint, etc... The only reason I am adding one star is because of the people in the front - the stuff was really really nice and helpful
