I did the online check in and still had to wait 20 to 30 minutes to check in. The room had a wierd smell room 309. No elevator which was my bad I should have checked and I was passed free cancellation window when I called to confirm. We left and did not stay.

We had a good stay. The place is clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would be nice if the pool was available to use but they were doing renovation so i totally understand. Overall it was a good experience

Stayed for a night, the rooms are spacious service is great. The hot tub and pool were great after hiking for the day. they have restaurant on the property which was perfect. Would highly recommend if you are in the Capitol reef NP area.

Había pelos de perro en la cama, alfombra y por toda la habitación. Estuvimos hospedados 3 noches y nunca asearon la habitación, a pesar de solicitarlo en dos ocasiones. Tampoco había jabón para manos.

Sierra Blue Suites is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for something cute, clean, and comfortable. The rooms have be renovated. There are a few missing details but nothing that will effect your stay. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Beware that the outside has not been touched in years but it doesn't matter because the rooms are great. Also....they have TESLA chargers! For $20 you can charge for four hours.

Loved the decor simple but very nice . The staff is very friendly and the receptionist made us feel welcomed we had great conversation with her after checking in. Everything is new and clean which I loved I didn’t even feel like I was staying in a hotel.
