My wife and I were supposed to stay at this hotel for three days with my mother in law coming on the third day for her room. The man, who I believe is the manager, who works the front counter is rude and discourteous. He openly shouted at other customers in front of us over the phone and in person. The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and the wifi password (which we couldn’t find written anywhere so we had to ask the man at the front desk for it) didn’t even work. Once my mother in law came in on the third day to stay, she immediately noticed a giant urine stain on the bed. She asked for a change of rooms and the manager refused. So then, once she asked for a refund for the room since there wasn’t space for a new room, the manager still refused. We wound up having to all leave and check into a hotel in Minneapolis so that we could all have a place to stay. The ONLY saving grace if this place is the other front desk worker, Jenny. She was incredibly helpful and kind and helped us as we were checking out and leaving. Her manager is a complete buffoon and should seek work elsewhere in a business that actually brings him some semblance of joy. 0/10 stars. Do not stay here.
