Wow, wow, wow.. my husband and I stayed at this beautiful location almost a year ago - but still talk about it often and just realized we didn't write a review!!! (Sorry Eric!!!) I don't even know where to start, Eric is the IDEAL host, kind, informative, funny, and inviting... plus, he makes the most amazing food I've ever had in my life. Hands down. The artwork in every room is incredible and exceptionally well thought out - each piece was unique and started conversations everytime. Both the communal spaces and private rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. My husband and I talk about coming back to visit from Minnesota, but more for Dreamkatchers (& Eric) than anything else!

We arrived at the property only to find a note informing us that the reservation had 'expired' and we should not try to contact anyone about it but instead look for different accommodation. The host never called or emailed us to confirm that we were coming, instead decided to leave us on the street with an aggressive note. If he ran a 600 room hotel it would maybe make sense, but when you have a 4 room B&B it doesn't take much effort or time to reach out to your guests if you have a doubt on whether they'll be arriving and taking up their reservation. Further, we had been told that we'd be contacted by the property 7 days prior to our arrival with additional check-in instructions, which simply never happened. This extremely unfortunate incident happened during a thunderstorm and on one the busiest holiday weekends of the year so we had to spend 3+ hours calling every possible property within a 50mi radius to find an alternative option. We tried calling the owner of Dreamkatchers too, who of course did not answer the phone although it was 8pm and not "after hours". Directing us to ******* in his rude note was of course not helpful, nor relevant, since our reservation was not made through ******* and we had not reviewed any policies on their website. On top of that, our credit card company and their travel agency intermediary tried calling the owner of Dreamkatchers to mediate our request for a refund for an entire week and he refused to communicate with anyone. Truly the most shameful and inhumane behavior for anyone who wants to claim that they are in the "hospitality" business.

Le sens de l’accueil ! Éric est formidable ! Autant dans son envie d’accueillir ses hôtes que dans sa volonté de satisfaire toutes nos envies. Je vous laisse les surprises de ses petits déjeuner… totalement fais maison et avec passion ! Il es de bons conseils pour les visites nombreuses aux alentours. Pensez à réserver en amont bateaux et/ou visites des canyons. Merci Éric d’avoir fait de cette étape un moment magique !

Wow, this is by far the best Bed & Breakfast we have ever stayed in. I think the location is perfect, within easy driving distance to Page and multiple scenic sites and National Park Grounds. Eric has been there forever, and was able to steer us to the best places, including the marina we rented a boat at on our last day for a terrific time on Lake Powell. The home is spotless and quiet, so peaceful on the back patio to watch the sunset and have a glass of wine. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size with its own bathroom. Eric prepared an amazing breakfast, something different for 6 straight days, he is an amazing host. I certainly recommend this to everyone.

The B&B is such a special place. It is absolutely beautiful, with tastefully decorated rooms and all the amenities one needs. Eric makes this place even more special. I do not know how many hosts (or people in general) will wake up at 4 AM to make me a warm breakfast to go. and the food was delicious. There is a hot tub with star gazing - what a treat. I can't recommend this place enough.

It’s likely to be the most inviting B&B in the US. Eric is a true Superhost. The physical (eg. background music, interior design, jacuzzi on terrace) and the interpersonal ambiance Eric creates is truly unique. The breakfast- so yummy - and the patio to enjoy a cool drink - class act. Deserves an 11 on a scale from 1-10. We will be back.

A wonderful place with a lovely host and such a comfy bed - breakfast was fabulous. Perfect for nature lovers, we enjoyed the jacuzzi under the stars. We had a great time there and it was a perfect place for tours and trails in the area.

Eric and his stunning Lake Powell hacienda exceeded all expectations. From the initial meet and greet, adult beverage, to hiking suggestions, to the hot tub, and oh, the gourmet breakfast. First class!
