Everything was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the housekeeping staff seemed a bit disinterested and lacking in enthusiasm. While they did their job, I believe their communication skills could be improved to make interactions more pleasant. A bit more warmth and engagement from them would really enhance the guest experience. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel, hoping to see some improvement in this area.

The room was good. The toiletries need improvement, no kit was provided. A mini bottle was provided which didn't even serve 1 person.

The reception room is very nice but the tv in the room does not work and the service is very good.

Room is very good including the service. They have a restaurant and food is very good as well.

No drinking water supply, no clean, food quality bad, bed sheets daily not change
