The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. A nicely maintained property. The staff members are warm and helpful, although the service is at times a bit slow or tardy while it is fine overall. A good option for a stay in the city.

Great Hotel... Front Office Staff were very excellent, very helpful. Mr. Bryan was very helpful and responsible. We will surely visit again. Kudos to the entire team.

My family stayed for 3 nights from 7th to 10th Dec24 in rooms 211 and 212. This hotel is very popular for its banquet facilities in Bilaspur. And this hotel gives far more priority to its banquet customer than their in room customers. Right below our rooms was one of their party terrace, where they allow live and loud music till late in the night, way beyond the 10 pm time limit mandated by the Govt authorities. There is no way you can sleep or talk in your room before midnight due to the loud party music thundering in the rooms. This happened for all 3 nights we stayed. Repeated requests to the reception yielded no results. I am a frequent traveller and have never faced such a situation in any hotel anywhere. And this problem overshadows all that may be good at the hotel. Further, most of the rooms are badly designed and are turning shabby due to their age. The hotel does say that it is undergoing some renovations. But as of now one should totally avoid this property in Bilaspur for stays. Many other better options are now available in the city.
