扎巴爾布魯圖片酒店(Hotel Photo Zabalburu)

Petit hôtel avec une bonne situation géographique a prix abordable et un parking privé (payant). C'est propre et le personnel est accueillant. Par contre les chambres sont très mal insonorisées et nous avons été génés par les voisins qui ont écouté de la musique toute la nuit.

Hotel cercano al centro y con todos los servicios necesarios al lado. No hay ascensor. Las paredes son papel de fumar. Se escucha todo y cuando digo todo es todo. Si se tiene la mala suerte de tener de vecinos a usuarios sin consideración, tendrás probelmas para conciliar el sueño. Los recepcionistas amable y atentos. Habitación básica para dormir solamente.

Estancia ok para el precio. Buena ubicación. Personal atento y agradable.

Fui a Bilbao a presentar mi libro y sufrí la desagradable experiencia de que me robaran el móvil en la calle. En el hotel no me permitieron entrar en la zona de recepción para utilizar su teléfono, de modo que fue un tanto complejo conseguir hablar con la operadora para bloquear el aparato, puesto que la recepcionista tenia que ir marcando en el fijo que estaba dentro las teclas que yo le iba diciendo desde fuera. Me pareció una norma de seguridad excesivamente estricta en una situación de urgencia y desesperación como la que yo tenía, pero finalmente lo conseguimos, aunque no me lo pusieron fácil. Creo que en ocasiones como esa debería poder hacerse una excepción. No tiene ascensor y la habitación estaba limpia, pero muy chiquita. El garaje imposible. Minúsculo y complicadísimo de maniobrar para encarar la rampa, casi en L y muy empinada. Nada recomendable para conductores poco experimentados o con claustrofobia. No repetiría la experiencia.

Hotel fuera de mercado. Sin ascensor. Sin aislamiento acústico , se oye roncar al vecino. Fragancia del ambientador insoportable Se me olvidó el cepillo de dientes, baje a pedir uno y me querían cobrar 1,90€ después de pagar 97€ por una noche . Necesita reforma integral.

Se escucha todo lo de las habitaciones de al lado, anticuado y para el precio me esperaba más. Situado en mal barrio pero se puede ir andando a donde sea y no está lejos. No reservamos el desayuno por las experiencias que leímos por aquí. Hay cerca sitios para comer y cenar, un carrefour cerca…

My experience was horrible from the check in to the check out . Soon as I arrived at the hotel , it looked like a homeless shelter or hostel . The building is very old once you walk in you can’t help but see the dirty carpet and dirty reception . No one bothers to clean as it looks . The check in was rather quick and then things start to go downhill when they tell me the hotel has no lifts whatsoever and all rooms are on the first and second floor . I was told I had to take my own luggage ( a 30 kg luggage suitcase plus a 10 kg hand luggage . Nobody helped me. After a long flight , this is the last thing I want to do . I even mentioned the risk of someone falling in the stairs and injuring themselves whilst attempting to carry heavy luggage by themselves in a narrow staircase . As I’m making my way to the room I can’t help but see how dirty the hotel is . They have stains on the carpet and the walls are literally peeling in every way possible , the hotel lacks of air con and natural light . It felt so crowded and there little space in between rooms to the point you actually share balconies and there no sense of privacy . The room allocated to me was dirty beyond belief . It was so small and the decoration makes it worst . I had to move the bed slightly to plug my charger and it is clear no one cleans behind what the eye can see . I couldnt sleep all night because it was noise coming from everywhere and someone kept banging on the wall as I’m watching tv .

Soggiorno piacevole, materasso a molle del letto, scomodo e vecchio. Mi è venuto un po' di mal di schiena. Da cambiare! Molto bella l'idea di mettere le foto della città sulle porte delle camere.
