What a great hotel!! Room was wonderful for the price and breakfast was amazing. Great location to be able to see loads of things and get back if you want a break.

Merci aux personnels accueillants. La chambre était propre. Le matelas est confortable. Le choix et la qualité au petit déjeuner étaient très bien. Le seul bémol : le bruit le deuxième jour au petit déjeuner. La femme qui gérait le petit déjeuner n'avait pas la discrétion de la femme qui nous a accueillis le premier matin... Chaises qui traînent, pile d'assiettes qui claquent... Tout le long du petit déjeuner, ce n'est pas très agréable. Mais sinon très bon séjour. Merci !

Hotel is in a great location with lots of dining and shopping options. Parking garage is relatively close. The issues I had were….the AC in my room didn’t work and the guy at the front desk even restarted it but it still didn’t work, there is no AC in the breakfast room and it was miserably hot, the breakfast is average and the key card to our room stopped working a couple of times. Discounted parking garage is 18 euros.

No servia el aire acondicionado hab. 402 El joven de recepción muy bueno y amable nos ofreció cambiarnos a una mejor habitación con aire acondicionado porque el Tecnico por la hora no estaba. Sin embargo ya estibamos acomodados y preferimos dormir con la ventana abierta. Nos ofrecieron una compensación pero no se dio.

Super emplacement. Tout Bilbao est accessible à pied. Bon petit déjeuner. Seul bémol : pas de parking. Parking public à proximité.

Great hotel in Bilbao's old town. Very clean and quiet with comfortable beds and only 30 mins to the ferry. Park in the nearby Arenal car park with 10% hotel discount. Expensive breakfast and there are numerous places nearby to get breakfast. We would definitely use it again.

Strange layout of room for 7 nights. No dresser or drawers of any kind. We were not informed of having to book a breakfast time. (This was rather unusual and unnecessary as the breakfast room was large enough to accomodate most of the guests at the same time). Pleasant front desk staff. Good location. Very poor lighting in both room and bathroom.

Ideally situated in the old town, ideal for bars, churches, cathedral etc. part of a chain but a small hotel feel.

コロナ禍明けの4年ぶりの海外旅行で、バルセロナ　→　マヨルカ島　→　サンセバスチャン　→　オンダリビア　→　そして最終宿泊地としてビルバオ滞在に利用しました。 最上階（日本でいう7階）で、エレベーターは6階まででそれから大理石の階段を歩いての部屋でした。昔は屋根裏部屋だったところの改装だと思いますが、天窓だけで部屋からの景色はなかったです。 朝食メニューは少し寂しくCAVAもなく、期待しない方が良いかと思います。周りにバルもあるので、そちらでお口直しして、観光しました。トラムや地下鉄もすぐなので、立地は最高だと思います！
