Homewood Suites by Hilton Billings

This property transfered my reservation to another hotel w a smaller room than what I reserved. We were short one bed and had no refrigerator at all. They weren’t able to provide a roll away due to fire restrictions. This was not a good experience. And I want a refund.

Best suite I ever stayed in . Best hotel breakfast I have so far . Place is spacious and very clean. Definitely will return

The outside trash cans were overflowing. Friendly staff, clean facilities.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The dishes provided were dirty so I had to do a deep clean before using them which was disappointing. The couch in the main area was hairy so we had to put a sheet on it to sit on it. Breakfast was nice just like you’d expect it to be. I’d expect a name like Hilton to be cleaner but that is not what we found. The neighborhood is terrible so keep your stuff in your room not in your car. If you can avoid staying in Billings in general you should do so.

Great place to stay. Everything was clean. had a nice kitchenette. I was able to do my makeup at the vanity. Large TV. Stand-in shower. The room had standard size pillows that were firm, with extra pillows and blankets. The lobby and other areas were clean and cute. Had a fenced in area outback with grills. Nice sized gym. Pool. Checkin was easy. Breakfast, was fine: lots of options, waffle maker, potato’s, eggs, bagels, sausage and more.

We stayed at Homewood Suites in Billings, MT while visiting grandkids. It was the perfect place to come back to each night after very active days. Quiet hotel. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly, helpful staff. We’ll definitely stay there again!!
