"我們住在池畔小屋,在游泳池旁邊的照片中可以看到的。房間很乾淨,充滿了古董傢俱。工作人員行爲很好,樂於助人。我們在標準入住時間前提前幾個小時到達。我們帶着小女兒,如果可能的話,我們要求提前入住,酒店確實在我們到達的15-20分鐘內,在入住時間之前,爲我們提供了小屋。游泳池很乾淨,有自來水。我們可以在自己的流量中享受游泳池。免費早餐也不錯。人們可以在酒店大門很容易找到當地交通,以便觀光。一個不舒服的是,第二天早上要客房服務要幾次要求打掃房間。應該是自己努力做的,客人不應該要求第二天打掃房間。反正住的整體很舒服,我想說,如果是去山提尼克灘的話,是物有所值的地方。"

"Resort Review: Mixed Experience with Great Location but Major Service and Management Flaws Rating: ⭐️⭐️½ (2.5 / 5) I recently visited this property over the weekend with a group of 5 friends. While the location and natural surroundings have a lot of potential, our overall experience was severely bogged down by poor management, lack of basic amenities, and unacceptable service issues. Here is a detailed breakdown of our stay: 👍 The Pros * Fantastic Location & Beach Access: The property boasts a great location with direct, convenient beach access right from the grounds. * Decent Rooms & Views: The rooms are reasonably good and offer a nice side sea-facing view. * Exceptional Food: The in-house restaurant was a major highlight. Every single dish we ordered tasted wonderful and exceeded our expectations. * Clean Swimming Pool: The pool area is very well-maintained and impeccably clean. Our group had a genuinely great time splashing around here. 👎 The Cons * No Elevator (Accessibility Issue): Our rooms were on the 3rd floor, and the property does not have a lift. Lugging bags up three flights of stairs is a major hassle, and I strongly do not recommend this property for elderly guests or anyone with mobility concerns. * Poor Management & Housekeeping: Check-in time is awkwardly set at 1:00 PM. We arrived at 12:45 PM, only to find our rooms uncleaned. Housekeeping was severely inefficient, and we finally got our keys between 1:45 PM and 2:00 PM. There was chaos at the reception because not a single room was ready by check-in time—despite a strict 11:00 AM check-out policy giving them hours to prep. * Rude Staff at the Pool: The staff member managing the pool was extremely rude. His unprofessional behavior led to a heated argument that ultimately forced us to escalate the matter and call the manager. * Untidy Hallways: The hallways on every floor were messy and littered, completely detracting from the aesthetic of the stay. * Unreasonable Overpricing: While remote locations justify a minor markup on items, the pricing here crossed into blatant gouging: * Alcohol: A bottle of beer retailing around ₹200 was priced at an exorbitant ₹370. * Cigarettes: A ₹125 pack of cigarettes was sold for ₹160. * Coffee: A basic black coffee made from a standard ₹2 Nescafe pouch was charged at ₹50. * Unjustified Room Rates & Rock-Hard Mattresses: We paid roughly ₹4,043 (including GST) for a Deluxe room. Given the lack of a lift, the price feels completely unjustified. To make matters worse, the mattresses were extremely hard—like sleeping on a rock. * Overpriced Extra Mattress: Since we were a group of 5, we had to purchase an extra mattress per their policy. They charged an absurd ₹1300 for an additional mattress that was just as rock-hard and uncomfortable as the main bed. 📝 Conclusion This property sits in a beautiful spot with a stunning beach, a clean pool, and fantastic food that proves the kitchen staff knows what they are doing.
