飯店設施很基本，但我在預訂時就知道了。位置非常適合我的需要，工作人員非常友好。我預訂了 12 晚，我覺得有點令人沮喪，因為我必須要求更換毛巾，因為他們明確表示，對於長期住宿，房間不會每天提供服務。我還想要一個國際剃刀電源插座，就像世界上大多數酒店都有的一樣。但我知道這是英國健康與安全裁決。 工作人員總是很友好，樂於助人。

我們決定在這裡住一晚，然後搭乘早上的渡輪前往貝爾法斯特。從牛津出發 4 小時車程後，我們受到如此熱烈的歡迎。這家酒店的工作人員確實使之成為一次很棒的體驗。房間非常乾淨舒適，有你需要的一切。如此優惠的價格，我肯定會再次使用，距離渡輪不到十分鐘車程，非常完美！過夜停車只要 5 英鎊！感謝所有工作人員！

Pretty standard Premier Inn Experience. Caitlyn was fantastic, really attentive, friendly and helpful throughout the weeklong stay. Toni however seemed to have a hostile attitude every time I interacted with her… stark contrast to the rest of the team.

This was a amazing stay, the staff are so welcoming and helpful, especially if your from out-of-town. I stayed here with my family. Stacey was so kind and charming at check-in, it made us feel really welcome. As for the rooms, they are very clean, and bigger than I was expecting. The bathroom especially looked brand new. I would stay here again.

The stay at Premier Inn Birkenhead is always very good. The staff are lovely - especially Staci who is one of the nicest people. Tommy is always super friendly as well. I always feel very welcome when staying here and feels more like a local hotel than a chain.

We havnt stayed over as we live local so can't comment on the rooms but come for breakfast oftern (every month) with my children including our newborn. We have always had a lovely experience with staff, food has always been good and fits us all with fussy children and a vegetarian. Shout out to Stacy who was mega friendly and helped us in anyway needed.

The staff were nice the room fairly clean and comfy if showing it’s age a little, the evening food was good but breakfast was terrible. The eggs were rubbery, everything was completely cold and miserable and the orange juice was cordial not real. The tea was good, oh yes, I made that!! I’ve stayed in lots of Premier inns and the breakfast is why I keep coming back! Mmmmmmm!!

Nice clean, quiet rooms. Great location for Hamilton Square train station and the Mersey Ferries. Had an amazing check-in experience with Staci. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I checked in with Staci as a guest and checked out the next morning as a friend

You won’t find a warmer welcome in Liverpool than here, especially when Stacey is on reception! You feel like you’re staying with friends. Nothing is too much trouble for Stacey, she remembers everyone’s name and is just so kind. Keiron the chef is great and the manager is also really friendly. I stay regularly with work and hotels often feel so impersonal when you’re travelling alone. Not here! Thanks guys!

We had booked the Premier Inn to attend a wedding reception in Birkenhead, and we immediately were welcomed by Staci who was both warm and welcoming. As we checked in, she asked us about our journey, asked if this is our first time in the town and gave us local knowledge and recommendations, both in the hotel and locally for food. Staci, and the rest of the team really made an effort to make myself and my friends experience we will always remember. A credit to the organisation as the welcoming smiles sense of humour and attention to detail really made a great impression, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Premier Inn brand anybody . Thank you guys for everybody that we interacted with you made us stay more pleasurable

We have found the location of this hotel to be perfect for what we need, hotel room was comfortable and very clean. We didn't have breakfast this time but have found the breakfast to be good in the past although would like it to be a bit hotter as it was only warm last time we had it. Overall we enjoy staying at this hotel.

Having stayed at the hotel for the last 3 nights I can honestly say the staff were amazing on all accounts! The rooms were lovely and clean with all you would expect from a few nights away. However, 2 real gems work at this hotel, Julie and Stacey! please may I nominate them both for staff of the year awards? From the arrival day to the leaving day, this dynamic duo could not do more for you to make our stay trouble-free. While there are a few tiny niggles, this is more down to the hotel pricing as I feel the bar tarrif was a little high, £14 for a small bottle of Lager, a bottle of sparkling Water, and a Large Glass of wine seemed a bit much. We are already planning our return trip in 4 weeks and hope to be reunited with 2 ladies we really could call friends, I understand there is a lot that goes on at a hotel and all the staff do an amazing job, but when you meet such a lovely pair of ladies who only have one goal of making you're stay perfect it makes all the difference. Booked here as much cheaper than Liverpool City centre. Only £5 for 24hr parking!! And just short of £6 for day ticket on train to go into liverpool.....making it an absolute bargain at £44 for a Friday night! Staff are so friendly and went out of their way for guests. Highly recommend and will be returning. Thank you Birkenhead Premier Inn

The cleanest, friendliest premier inn I have stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot. Big thanks to Stacie and her manager and the other staff who excelled in their welcome. I am looking forward to coming back. Great breakfast which was freshly prepared.
