Redmont Hotel Birmingham, Curio a Collection by Hilton

We had an amazing stay at the Redmont. The Bellman was an exceptional Five Star added amenity that was just a Blessing upon our arrival from a Health crisis for a family member who had to spend a night in the Hospital 4 minutes away. He assisted us with umbrella getting out vehicle in pouring rain, our parking, bags in the Hotel, encouraging words and a Very WARM WELCOME THAT HE DESERVES A OUTSTANDING RECOGNITION. I RATE THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED UPON ARRIVAL FROM HIM AS QUALITY AND NOTE WORTHY. THE DESK CLERK WAS ALSO FRIENDLY AND Accommodating AND THE BED IN THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE, WITH A VERY CLEAN ROOM AND QUIET STAY. THE STAR BUCKS CAFE WAS GREAT WITH ANOTHER OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE AND THE FOOD WAS DELIGHTFUL AND WELL PREPARED LIKE CHEF QUALITY. OVERALL, IT WAS A STAY THAT WE NEEDED AS A FAMILY TO REGROUP AFTER SPENDING A LENGTHY TIME AT HOSPITAL FOR A LOVED ONE TO GET REST AND RESTORATION . THANK YOU.. FIVE Stars.

Great service. Easy check in. Clean. Free and cheap parking readily available. We did feel unsafe in the surrounding area because of the alarming amount of unhoused members of the community. But that is more of a fear we need to work on. Ah capitalism!

The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was good, but details are everything. I decided to stay in one of the king suites, which comes with a hefty bump in cost. I travel a lot, I've stayed in tiny places with less resources than the Hilton company, but even the tiny places can handle the small details like a cushion that has the zipper facing you. I knew exactly what happened, the cushion had a stain and they had to flip it, then it was stained again, so then they had to rotate it. For the price of this suite, they should have swapped out the cushion in a less costly room. This may sound nit picky but a hotel like Hilton should know this. This was actually my first time staying at a Hilton, it wasn't my first choice in the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the over all cleanliness was very good. Just the furnishings were looking a bit used and that is unacceptable.

Super pretty hotel & friendly hotel staff. Rooms were quiet, but beds were small. Kinda expensive stay, but I slept well. Restaurant took awhile for to-go food because of flustered bartender, but tasted good.

Staff was friendly at all times. I especially name the valet gentleman, Sam and other for their kindnesses, willing to help, humble, explaining well the area, etc. Really a five star service treatment. Thank you!

Did not sleep because our hotel room was against the old elevator; therefore, it made constant squeaking noises and other rumblings that were very audible and loud through the vents. I told the person at the head desk and she offered me a $15 refund, which is hardly equivalent to not being able to sleep at all.

Weekend getaway with my wife. Clean and comfortable, The rooftop bar was awesome with great views. Room was clean and up to date.

The hotel is charming. My corner room was big with lots of natural light. The food at Harvest was excellent.

They checked us into a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door the people were not happy.
